Market orders fill quick Limit orders sometimes sit there for 10 seconds. Annoying when price moves away. It happend twice yesterday. Otherwise platform is solid, charts dont lag

platform works mostly. tried to put money in and the buttom was grey for like 10 minutes. thought my wifi broker but no, then it worked, whatever. support guy called me Tom? or Tim? he was alright. exlained some stuff but honestly i zoned out halfway. fees r there, not crazy but not cheap eather. withdrew some profit last week, took 3 days. my bank does it faster. anyway its not terrible but my friend who invited me made it sound like this the best thing since sliced bread. its not, its just okay, could be worse could be better

Mobile notifications are slow sometimes, thats my mail issue. Came over from Plus500 after my fiedn recommended this. As German user i really appreciate the BaFin setup and quick SEPA transfers. Feels much safer for somone just starting out.

Only started trading two months ago when my daughter showed me the app. I was terrified at first, but now I'm actually building a real pension plan instead of justt hoping. The educational videos helped me understand etfs and dividends. Finally something my future self will thank me for. Inteface is calm, not aggressive like those crypto apps. Thanks for giving me confidence I never had with money.

Opened a trade on the bus, stop-loss set with my thumb, no mis-taps. Closed it 20 minutes later, $12 up. Didn't expect that from a web platform.

Was busy with work, didn't trade for maybe 4 months. logged in last week, saw my balance down 50 euros, What the hell? Checked history, it says "monthly inactivity fee".
No email before, no warning in dashboard, they just took it.
I know, my fault, I should read terms. But come on, at least tell me "hey, your account is sleeping, we will charge soon". I would login once, place micro trade, save money. Now I am angry and they lost my trust a bit.
Platform itself is ok, but this sneaky charge is not cool.
3 stars, maybe 4 if they fix communication.

Uploaded passport and a utility bill. Thought it'd be done in a few hours like they say, but took 48. Missed a setup on Tuesday because my deposit was stuck pending. annoying. On the bright side, haven't had to send anythinh since and withdrawals don't ask for extra docs. Just that first wait was longer than it should be.

Chat answered my KYC question in four minutes and actually solved it. Still, they only operate business hours. Had a login issues Sunday evening and had to wait until Monday.

Until recently, I was a client of another company. I used their services for two years, but over the past few months, their commissions have skyrocketed. Whle searching for a nwe broker, I came across an ad for Polaris. At first the new interface felt unfamiliar, but I got used to it after a while. There are some features here that aren't quite convenient for me, like, setting stop-loss and take-profit orders requires a separate configuration - you can't set them immediately when opening a trade. The main thing is that my primary goal has been achieved: the amount I used to spend on commissions has been reduced by 40%

Been trading here for 18 months. My acc mgr sent me a note last week after a conference in London - specifically about the Fed's upcoming rate decision and how it might affect gold vol. Useful! I adjusted my XAU/USD position ahed of the move and saved myself a bad entry.
That said, the research section on the website itself is quite thin. I get more value from the mgr's messages than from the platform's own analytics. For the price of the spread, though, the combo works.

I have been trading on Polaris prime capital for over 3 months now and I'm happy with everything. The platform works well, and withdrawals and deposits are quick. The only thing that bothers me is the calls from a certain account manager. Although he does it with good intentions, asking how things are going and how my account is progressing, I wouldn't lose anything if these calls didn't happen

I had my eyes on trading for a long time but always hesistated as it is very risky with volatile prices. Well, it would be at least if i decided to trade alone- thanks to my account manager i do not need to do that alone and worry about the outcome. I am in capable hands and for already 7 months I have stable return of 25%/month. The only issue is support - my manager does most of things but sometimes we need support for account to run smoothly and they are slower than I expected. My manager Adam should receive all 5 stars but because of support I leave room for improvement and 4 stars for now.

Please take steps to improve the platform's performance. It often freezes on my phone. I've tried using different browsers,but that didnt solve the problem. Evrything works fine on my computer. If it helps, the model of my phone is Realme 9i
