Since the intervention of PPP to change a part we have a problem of water constantly churning in the underground evacuation chamber. Its annoying. it signals a job poorly done.

I have been a customer for 26 years! I am totally outraged - my alarm is going off on one of my pumps and it keeps flipping the fuse. I called at 12.36pm today to be told that due to only ONE busy breakdown engineer i would have to pay out of hours payment - so not £330 but a whopping £595.... same engineer but just later - no idea when he will rock up - I am totally appalled and as soon as possible i will find a new pump service company that treat long standing customers better!

I paid £552.58 for a sump pump replacement that was a disaster from start to finish. The engineer’s workmanship was terrible, resulting in an immediate, active leak due to using the wrong-sized hose, securing it with zip ties, and removing necessary wall brackets. Furthermore, the engineer was incompetent, leaving job waste and failing to remove a piece of cement blocking the float switch.

Worst of all, the pump failed completely just two months later, causing 10cm of flooding in my basement. The company later admitted the pump was unsuitable for the basement conditions in the first place. After multiple emails requesting a refund and commercial resolution (dated March 2nd, 10th, and April 5th), I have received no response. Avoid this company if you value your property and professional service.

The price agreed adhered to discounted offer and booking of the appointment was efficient. The engineer telephoned ahead of arrival, was careful with our home, appeared technically competent and was very personable. He cleared up any mess or water and advised on the finding of his service.

Huge thanks to Jeremy and Louise for getting our pump sorted. We called at 5pm on a Friday night and a couple of hours later it was fixed. Both went over and above what was expected.

Booking the service could not have been easier. Communication is fantastic with plenty of reminders and up to date information on the day. The engineer was so helpful and informative leaving me confident that our system would continue to work well until the next service. I could not recommend them enough!

Quite possibly the worst company that I have ever had to deal with.... and I deal with a lot of companies. These people are disorganised beyond belief and despite being aware of the many many issues, they felt the need to send me an email asking for a review! So here it is.... "would not recommend to my worst enemy.. the catalogue of errors is laughable at this point". These people should not be in this industry.
