I have been contracting for many years, and unfortunately this has been the most disappointing experience I’ve had with a recruitment agency. There is a clear lack of basic communication across all levels of the organization, from mid-level staff to senior management. It often feels as though the primary focus is on profit rather than supporting the professionals they place.

My experience with the payroll and finance departments has been particularly frustrating. They were consistently unresponsive and lacked professionalism when I attempted to contact them. Most concerning is that my final settlement has still not been paid. When I followed up, I was initially told that the payment had been processed, but no supporting transaction details were provided. After requesting proof, all communication stopped—emails and calls have gone unanswered since.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution, as there appears to be a serious lack of transparency, accountability, and basic business professionalism.

I have been dealing with these punks as they are the chosen "payroll provider" for the client on some freelancing I was going to do.

They will ring at all hours ( evenings etc) for no reason. For example "Hello, im calling as the client needs some more information. What Information? I dont know." The lie about trying to call multiple times and claim they had no idea what the time is, mainly as they are in some offshore sweatshop working all hours.

They are incompetent, disrespectful of personal lives and think all are are off limited intellect as they are.

If you find yourself ever having to deal with them- dont.

I have been contacted for a job and during the very initial conversation I was asked for my residence permit, including its number and expiry date.
Very suspicious question. I've had to block them.

Pracyva employees have reached out to me about the same role multiple times, even to the point where one particular recruiter reached out to me by email, then later tried to recruit me for this role by LinkedIn afterwards. I do not know what is going over there but all I get from these interactions is a mess. It seems there is no coordination and I am not even sure my application was put forward due to the fact one couldn't find it in the system. I am frankly confused at the operations and feeling a bit harrassed.

I was recently contacted by a recruiter at Pracyva regarding an opportunity. During the process, the recruiter shared with me another candidate’s full, unredacted CV (including photo and contact details) as an example of how I might tailor mine. This raised serious concerns about confidentiality and GDPR compliance.

I withdrew immediately and requested my data be deleted, which was acknowledged and confirmed in writing. While I appreciate the prompt response, I believe job seekers should be aware of the risks when sharing personal data, and I encourage Pracyva to address this issue internally to prevent any recurrence.

Pros:
The culture is incredibly welcoming, and management has always been supportive and understanding, even through big changes over the years. Flexibility is a real strength here — the option to work from home shows that personal commitments are respected. The company operates in a very professional way, from the hiring process to day-to-day tasks, which builds an environment where collaboration and growth come naturally. It’s truly a great place to learn new skills and grow your career.

Cons:
Because the company spans multiple locations, experiences can vary from one team or region to another.

Advice to Management:
Occasionally, hiring-related communications take longer than expected and need multiple follow-ups. Improving this process would make things even smoother.

A company whose employees have now offered me the same position for the 15th time, even though I thanked them and declined the first time because it in no way matches my skills or education. But that doesn’t bother their employees at all – I still keep receiving messages from them about their "great" job offer!

I was employed by Pracyva for a short project duration. Throughout my time there was full support of the team regarding onboarding as well as other administrative tasks. I am thankful to Akanksha for making my onboarding and project related coordination as smooth as possible. I will look forward with further collaborations with Pracyva.

I've completed 4 yrs in this wonderful organization and can say one thing that I'm living a dream of that work life balance which most of the people actually dream off. And yes, with my head held high I can proudly say that we're a "Great Place To Work"

They contact you on linkedin, say there is an open posistion, but carefully do not disclose a single detail about it, but then they ask you money for "fine tuning" your cv. Come on.
