I cannot thank Pragma Law and David enough for their incredible support. I was originally planning to represent myself, but as the hearing approached, I became overwhelmed and realised I needed professional help. I contacted the firm just three days before my court date, fully expecting to be told it was too short notice—but David immediately took the case on without hesitation.

Lucy helped me on number of occasions both in court and outside, with motoring matters. There is simply no-one as good as her. Her unique combination of empathy and tenacity is unmatched in my view.

Although I can clock some expecttions management from a mile off, I genuinely feel tht Lucy added real value in preparing my case to plead exceptional circumstances at Notts County Court in April.

My case was quite unusual as it was for numerous speeding offences but from the minute I spoke to Lucy Whittaker she put my mind at ease and made me feel so much better. I had a very great experience all through. The case was a speeding offense that would normally attract either a disqualification or a 6 penalty point. David explained the lesser options to me and advocated well for me. I loved the outcome of the case. Also the customer service was top notch. Utterly brilliant service start to end, lucy was succinct and determined, she kept me updated throughout, was very understanding of my issue with not being able to open post. The help i gained reversed 12 penalty points (a ban) in to 3 points and my license returned. The courts proved difficult to deal with and were inefficient to say the least, this didnt stop the team at pragma putting on pressure for me. I cant say enough good about these guys, fanatastic
