She was on holiday when I first made contact but nothing was too much trouble.
Replying immediately to my emails and phone calls and putting my mind at rest whilst away from the office.
I have never been to court before and Lucy explained everything and was so calming.
My case got moved and Lucy had another case the same day but She insisted on coming to mine and put herself under pressure to travel from Northampton to Derby and get there on time!
Just wish I could have hugged her when we left the court with the right result!!
