In vacanza estiva a Praga con la famiglia, avendo con noi i miei genitori non proprio giovanissimi, abbiamo prenotato questo servizio taxi dall'aeroporto e siam rimasti soddisfatti. C'e stata qualche difficolta iniziale a trovare il punto di ritrovo col taxista ma è stata velocemente risolta e da lì in poi gentilezza e buona cura del cliente. Nessun problema sul viaggio del ritorno che ci ha prelevati puntualmente e lasciati proprio fuori dalla porta delle partenze.

Perfecte service. Nog nooit zo ervaren in een grote stad.

total god service.. Der er styr på tingene, de er høflige pæne og velklædte. Vi kom til at sige en forkert tid men ringede til dem og det tog 5 minutter at lave om uden problemer.

Driver collected /met us on time, stopped when we needed and delivered us safely and promptly to our destination. Journey was hassle free, would recommend and would use again!

We used this companyon 11 june.In one word GREAT. Every promise that was made on the internet has also been fulfilled. From the botlles of water, the great driver, the book about Prague and the text message that the driver was already waiting for us everything was right. Great compliment for this company.

Don't bother with local taxis, they may rip you off according to some reports. Just book with these guys, it takes all the worry away. Your car will be there waiting for you and you know the price already.

I will recommend this service to friends.It's easy,convenient and reliable. The driver was waiting at the hotel and showed up at 10.00 AM sharp. He is a polite and friendly man.

I booked this company and had e mail confirmation from them arriving from London near 11 pm 23 May 2019. In my e mail confirmation it was clearly stated that a driver will be waiting with an orange sign with my name on it in the arrivals hall. Upon entering the arrival hall no driver was waiting. I searched and waited few minutes and then telephoned the company. I had to wait at least 5 minutes before phone was answered. I gave my booking reference and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I was then told that the driver will be another 20 minutes. I was already over 15 minutes waiting and did not fancy waiting another 20. Is this why I book a service in advance ?the company had my telephone number and e mail so why did they not bother to telephone or e mail me to say there was a delay?
Update 26 May. The company made contact with me to offer me a free transfer back to airport. Thai time they were even early and sent a professional driver and I was impressed. Let’s hope they have learned from

Very happy to recommend. Driver arrived on time for a 7-seater mini van. And we arrived at the airport as planned. Payment by cash after arrival. Easy and reliable!
