Firstly, the customer service is outstanding, having emailed about a general enquiry, I had an almost immediate and satisfying reply. Unheard of these days with most online retailers.
Secondly, the products. I ordered the day and night neck cream in the small sizes to trial as I’m normally a medik8 and Sarah chapman committed fan. I have to say, the neck cream is amazing. Fabulous smell, perfect consistency which soaks in like a dream and the most important thing being I can already see a difference after 5 days of applications of the day and night cream. I’ve now ordered the full sizes in both. I look forward to using every morning and night!

Would highly recommend the platinum firming cream and the collagen neck and throat cream. They leave the skin feeling refreshed and both creams definitely work for me.

I don’t usually write reviews but thought I would give my opinion on prai throat and décolletage cream. This cream really does work, I had a deep line around my chest, which i hated, and you definitely can’t see it anymore. I have been using this cream since it first launched in the UK and will continue to do so. I love it!

I was asked to write a review so I thought I'd better tell the truth. I've been using Prai Throat and Decolletage cream and serum for years and will continue to do so. I wouldn't use anything else. They are the only products that help those delicate areas.

Tried the neck cream because of favourable reviews in magazines - started with a small pot and loved it so much I ordered the larger size the next week. Website is easy to use and recieved regular updates from the company - now ordered the face cream too

This product is lovely, my neck has never looked so good

I’m 66 and have used many different products over the years. I realised that they hadn’t been as effective as I had hoped when, during a farm visit with my 5 year old granddaughter, she asked what a hen’s wattle was and then asked if that’s what I have too!! Needless to say, I started to look for a new skincare regime and that’s when I came across PRAI
It did take a while to see a significant improvement but with a combination of the Throat and Décolletage Creme and Serum, I certainly have now. I even feel confident enough for another farm visit!

I have been using Prai products for some years now, what can I say they are the best. The neck cream is second to none, I have used several more expensive ones, but they are not a patch on this one. I love their Platinum face serum, so smooth, leaves skin feeling so soft, yet firm.
This company puts their customers at the forefront of their business, and they are willing to help if you have any queries/issues.

I've been using Prai for many years and I think its the reason, that at the age of 63 I do not have any lines on my neck and very little crepey skin. It smells lovely, very gentle fragrance and is absorbed very quickly. This product is my, 'can't live without' treat. Non negotiable.

This is my second order of the ageless throat and decolletage cream (Order no: 143389). I love it, the smell is lovely, the texture rich but melts into my skin. Really smoothing and moisturising. Would recommend.

Fast delivery good products

I have been using PRAI skincare for a couple of years and have noticed a definite improvement in my skin. PRAI also have fabulous regular offers and really good customer service.

I have been using the Neck products for 2 years. They are well worth the price and I truly see & feel the difference from using daily.

I use various products from PRAI, including neck creams, upper arm tightening creams and my favourite, upper and lower lip-line filler. It creates a blurring effect which helps disguise fine lines.

I love this-it took a few weeks before I noticed a difference but now a must have😊
