Had a fabulous experience in Pravins Milton Keynes today, from start to finish we were listened to, made to feel special and not under pressure at all. We purchased 2 wedding rings and the entire process about the selection for a men's ring was explained making the choice so easy. They took all the stress away and gave my engagement ring a quick clean too

I decided to surprise my wife with an eternity ring, service was great and the item was in stock. We were offered drinks.
My only gripe was that it would have been nice to be given one of the bottles of fizz as a thank you, unless they are fake 🤥

Amazing staff, very welcoming friendly and understanding

From the moment I placed my order, the entire team were fantastic. I placed the order far later than I should've done for the delivery date, and yet the Pravins team managed to get it to me by the delivery date. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and made the entire purchase seamless.

I dealt primarily with Francesca in the Reading branch, who was brilliant to deal with. However, the others who I spoke to (apologies for the lack of names) were great as well.

The team in Reading were great to deal with, and I would certainly shop with Pravins again and recommend them to friends in the highest possible terms.

Dispatched immediately order received and arrived with us the next day at the advised time. Ring as described on web site and my wife is very happy with it.
