We went shopping for our wedding rings and had the pleasure of meeting Elenya. She was so knowledgeable, friendly & professional she made our day! Was pleasantly surprised at how affordable pravins is. Thank you elenya!

I have purchased 2 rings from Pravins and have been very happy with the service I have received .All staff are very friendly and helpful. Pravin are now my go to jewellery.

We can’t thank Jacob enough for a wonderful experience when buying our wedding rings.
We were just browsing when we visited the store; we never felt pressured by Jacob or that he was ever disinterested as we’d been open said we were just browsing. He invited us to sit down and he really thoroughly explained the process, the different options for materials and designs and we appreciated how transparent he was about pricing.
He was happy for us to pop out, look at some other options and even encouraged us to take our time to make sure we were happy with our decision. When we returned to place the order he made it such a special experience which we can’t thank him enough for.
Jacob just so friendly and personable, and we really appreciate his service.

The reason I have given a 4* review and not a 5 was due to a previous experience we had at Pravins. Last year we popped in store to look at options for engagement rings. We felt like the sales associate we had on that occasion didn’t take us very seriously. The experience wasn’t as relaxed or welcoming and she didn’t send us the follow up information which left us feeling like she didn’t believe we would actually place an order.

The experience we had with Jacob definitely changed our opinion of Pravins and we are so thankful for such a wonderful experience the second time around.

The sales assistant was patient and attentive, helpful with enquiries.

Made us fell very welcome and a lovely had atmosphere. Would highly recommend

I honestly can’t recommend Katie and Pravins at Milton Keynes highly enough.

I bought an engagement ring for my now-fiancée, and Katie was brilliant from start to finish. I had quite a few questions along the way, as it was obviously a huge purchase and something I really wanted to get right, and she was patient, reassuring and genuinely helpful throughout.

Katie guided me through the process of having the ring made, explained everything clearly, and helped give me the confidence to make such an important decision there. I never felt rushed or pushed - just properly looked after.

Pravins as a company were excellent too. The ring was made in time, the engraving was handled beautifully, and the whole process felt smooth and professional.

The ring itself is absolutely beautiful, and my fiancée is over the moon with it.

We’ve also since been back into the Milton Keynes store for the free cleaning service, which is a really nice addition. Katie was there again, remembered me, came over to speak to us both, and was just as lovely and helpful as she had been during the buying process.

For such an important purchase, the service really mattered, and Katie and Pravins made it feel special from beginning to end. A huge thank you to Katie and the team. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for an engagement ring.

Shockingly bad.
Online order placed for a surprise half eternity ring for my wife (26th wedding anniversary)
Ordered in good time for delivery to my home address.
I get notified that the ring will arrive within the expected timeframe.
I then get an email contact from Jessica at Pravins Cardiff that item will now be sent to the store instead of my home address ! I was told that I would have to wait for the ring to then be sent out from Cardiff (totally bizarre)
(I needed the ring prior to taking my wife away for an anniversary short break)
I was PROMISED by Jessica that Pravins would contact me Sat 3rd to advise as soon as the ring arrived in Cardiff. (Bear in mind this item had a delivery date for 3rd Jan to come in the mail to my property)
I received no such contact from Cardiff.
I had to chase up on Sunday and nobody on duty had any idea of previous mentioned promise of contact from Jessica to myself (very poor in store communication)
I was left with no option but make an unplanned and stressful journey to Cardiff, pay parking charges and lose time from our anniversary break to collect the ring (ruining the surprise for my wife)
In contact with Pravins I suggested some form of gesture for the failed delivery and costs incurred (Fuel, parking charges,time and general very poor treatment) in having to collect a ring that was supposed to have been delivered to my home as per Pravins online order.
Jessica appears to have no concern or regard for my poor and disgusting treatment and has no interest in restoring my trust in Pravins so I am left with no choice but to post this feedback to warn and hopefully help others to avoid the same awful experience. I have since been blanked by Pravins and Jessica has failed to escalate this matter despite my requests.
I sincerely hope that Pravins actually engage with my concern and resolve this issue through an internal investigation and complete resolution.
Update. I have posted this review due to Pravins complete lack of engagement and clear contempt for their customers.

Great customer service, very friendly and very helpful.

The lady who served us, listened actively and fully understood what we wanted. The examples of rings were pretty much well within our given budget. The lady was fully engaged and didn't try to push us or tempt us with more expensive items.

Stephanie was so helpful and I’m looking forward to having my ring next week to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary.

I received fantastic service from a young lady who was so polite and patience.

Elin was excellent - she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and was very patient showing me the options available.

Friendly, professional staff who bent over backwards to made us feel comfortable and help us find what we were after.
