I received my new speakers last friday (21st)
and i'm very happy with them. The sound quality is perfect. They are also easy to handle and to attach to the stands. Great service from Prebeat with quick delivery and great value for money.

You can really tell how good a company is when a problem arises! I ordered a DJ mixer from them - but on the day of delivery, I was in all day but got a message to say it had been delivered just after lunchtime - I checked outside, but nothing. The company reaponded very quickly to my message to help - they in turn contacted the courier and sent me a picture of where the package was - which was behind my next-door neighbours bin! This sorted it all out really quickly, so thank you so much! I'd also say that the piece of equipment is fantastic, at a great price and I would wholeheartedly recommend the company!

Really poor service all round, I purchased an item from prebeat, when the item didn’t arrive on the date they promised, I called and they blamed me saying my phone number was incorrect even though I’d called them prior, acting like they didn’t give a s@it, when the item did arrive it was faulty, when I returned the item, I called to ask if they had received it, again the guy acted like he didn’t give a S@it, and stated “well your not the only person that returns things you’ll have to wait”, I then called again days later, again, the guy was sarcastic, saying that the item was now being sent to me from the manufacturer, even though their return policy states they will replace any faulty item within 30 days of purchase, they treated the return as if it was a warranty fault, they didn’t provide any tracking for the replacement and now they’re closed for nearly 2 weeks and I’m still yet to receive the replacement item nearly a month after original purchase, I would avoid buying from prebeat , their customer service is appalling and the attitude of the guy I spoke to was sarcastic , uncaring and passive aggressive, I will not buy from these people again, disgraceful service, avoid at all costs

Usually a decent service but unfortunately not on this occasion. After price matching a product and issuing a part refund they proceeded to remove my purchase points blaming “that’s how their online system works and they have no control over it “. Sounds more like sour grapes and clearly throwing ones toys out of the pram. Based on recent events I’ll take my business elsewhere. Plenty of other suppliers out there who would appreciate the custom.
