I’ve placed my order on 9th of March, it’s now 12th of July and I’m still waiting for my image. I’ve been emailing, filling in online customer care forms and have had zero response. All my correspondence was going into the spam folder it appears.

Once image received it’s amazing! Just allow lots of time.

Ordered a pet portrait weeks ago and have heard nothing further despite numerous emails and trying to contact through the website and Instagram. Payment has been taken but nothing received. No updates. No contact.
Really shocking lack of customer service. Now I have the hassle of recouping the money taken.
Advice is don’t use this company.

Sadly have to say not a good experience. Wanted to make contact to amend order. Phone goes unanswered. Emails go unanswered. Facebook goes unanswered. BUT MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN! Not good at all, and obviously you begin to wonder if company actually exists? 🤔

I sent my order in and it took 3 weeks instead of 3 days but when they realized the error, they gave me a significant discount and the portrait was cute
