Great Product

Products received as ordered. I’m not new to precision biotics, I just changed my subscription from monthly to three monthly. The product is great, helps my stomach feel better which affects my wellbeing. I wouldn’t be without it.

Overpackaged

I ordered the chewable Alforex tablets in the sale, they arrived very quickly, one point to mention though is the box they were packaged it was far too large for the item.

I had used the company for some time


I had used the company for some time happily - not that I ever really thought it did much, but I was trying. However, I signed on to repeat order and that's where it went wrong. My account got duplicated (I didn't know) and my order was triplicated - I was swimming in product and being charged for it! When I cancelled, the duplicate account kept sending me product and charging for it. Customer services is hopeless - I sent it all back and cancelled in my account and the duplicate account - but I know this is lost £s (100s of). The company want nothing to do with it.

They have another trustpilot page that is much less flattering - if I were you I would read that and avoid them.

after struggling with severe stomach


after struggling with severe stomach and oesuphagus spasms and burning and terrible wind i tried omeprazole then lanszoprazole and buckets of silicol gel which is good but did not solve the issue then gaviscon which only puts a plaster over it all . anyway in desparate i got a packet of these half price inmy local boots sounding good and worth a try at12 pounds . result is within a 2 day period i had amazing difference and 2 weeks later its all settled . that was after 3 months of thinking i had something awful and was going to die it was all that bad . orescription drugs and covid set it all of but i could not get a handle on it till i took these . they are the answe to the universe as far as im concerned doctors a waste of space .

Annoying

Meant to be free delivery for subscription but didn't apply at checkout. Reported and they asked for photo proof...I just wanted to complete my order!

Update: did get free delivery due voucher code available but not auto applied as mentioned as part of subscription offer . Not sure what will happen with future subscription delivery either.

Avoid this company at all costs

After paying for next day delivery, 9 days later I have no product and they are not returning my money.I ordered from this company on the 9th July and paid for next day delivery. I received an update email 2 days later updating me that th hey had not yet been sent. I received a further email on the 14th saying that they had still not been dispatched. I called on the 15th to cancel the order. I called back on the 16th and was advised the cancellation had still not been processed. I called again today and it had still not been processed. Appauling service wish I could comment on their product.

Improves gut biome, delivered promptly.

I have been getting Alflorex from Precision Biotics for a couple of years now. The Alflorex has greatly improved my gut biome and delivery is always prompt and reliable. I have just signed up for a monthly subscription of Alflorex which saves me about £5 each month
