The items were delivered quickly,but delivered to wrong house, but as I've only been taking tablets a week, I have felt a little bit better.Will leave comment when taken tablets for few weeks.

I was introduced to this product in Ireland while on holiday.
The girl there was very helpful and she explained a lot about it in Lloyds pharmacy.
When I returned I could not find anywhere that sold it as Lloyds have all closed down.
Then I called the no on the box as gastroenterologist advised me to take the dual action one.
The girl was also very helpful

Was easy to order and cheaper than buying in boots.

I have used precision biotic before,as a person who suffers from cronic constipation,and diverticula disease,these biotics really help when my bowels get upset,

Within an hour of placing my order for six months supply I wanted to change one of the items. There was no working phone number I could use and the so called "Live chat" wasn't live. So I sent a message and got a reply 24 hours later saying I could return the order, which had not yet been despatched, when it arrived. I sent another message but this was just ignored.

Easy to order, lots of ways to buy and good offers and even after only five days of using the product I feel like the product is helping me get to where I want to go.

Fast delivery I await to see if the probiotics help

My order was despatched quickly and I was kept informed of its progress regularly. I have bought this product from yourselves via Amazon for many years. I suddenly discovered that it was a much better deal buying it directly from yourselves

Very easy to use website. Got a good deal as well. Only just started using so don’t know if they will work yet. But keeping fingers crossed. Also will automatically refil order every three months so don’t need to remember to re order.

I had high hopes for improving my gut health with the probiotics, recommended to me by my friend who has had improved health with them. But increasingly through the first week my gut has been terribly upset to the point of me being unable to do daily activities. It’s early days and I am waiting to hear what precisionbiitics advise. I’ve committed to the three monthly subscription and wondering if that’s been a big mistake.
Three stars because I’m hopeful to resolve the problem and that it’s just been a bad batch!

In reply to your response @precisionbiotics, yes I have contacted customer services. They have sent a query to “the scientists” to see if it’s a bad batch. They couldn’t give me advice as they stated they’re not medically trained.
I’m waiting for a response via email.

Quick delivery and a generous bonus as part of the deal. Early days to say how effective the probiotics are.

The first thing this company should do is not lose customers orders. I ordered some probiotics for my Wife. I then received an e-mail informing me they were having difficulties sending my order. No order arrived but another e-mail arrived informing me once again they were still having difficulties supplying my order. I then chatted to Shane who asked me to confirm my e-mail and address at least twice. I was then informed the good would arrive shortly. No goods arrived so I rang the company. They explained that my order had been lost so please place another order. I then asked for a refund and decided to look for another company to supply the product I needed

I have recently been feeling exhausted all the time and have had real issues with my IBS. I have only been taking the dual for a few weeks and can already see a huge improvement! I feel so much better! Wish I’d started sooner.

Update :

Precision Biotics has now acknowledged that they have had a system glitch recently and are now sending the free bottle to me .

You advertised and confirmed a free bottle of Alflorex + calcium with my order . But you cancelled the Alflorex + calcium AFTER I had paid for my order . Without explanation .

Shoddy , considering I am a regular customer ( but won’t be , anymore )
