this guy is an idiot. simple fix and he wants 385 dollars

The team is very welcoming and informative. I love the new showroom. I had two Michele watches that needed a battery and they changed it while I waited for a minimal fee! I browsed their selection of pre-owned pieces while waiting and the prices are better than anywhere I've seen online.

Ordered a watch from Precision. I showed up with a broken band. Now, they are giving me the run around to return it for a refund. Beware!

I recently purchased my first luxury watch, a Rolex, from Precision Watches and I’m pleased to say that it was an exceptionally positive experience from start to finish.

From the second that I walked into the exquisite Precision Watches showroom, every person that I met was friendly, helpful and without any of the airs that you can sometimes experience in higher end establishments. They took me seriously and they were very willing to work with me right from the start.

The appearance and layout of their store is really something to see. It’s purposefully designed, and it’s the perfect environment to view, discuss and purchase quality time pieces. And, they actually have a significant number of quality used and new watches in stock and available.

I am very happy to have found Precision Watches, and I’d suggest that if you’re in the market for a quality watch, and you want to build a relationship with a dealer who treats you like a valued customer, and who has significant product to offer, you need look no further than Precision Watches. I highly recommend Precision Watches, and I know that I will certainly be back!

I recently visited the new Precision location at 63 and 309. The intent of my visit was just to peruse the new store since it was a rainy day and I had some time in between obligations. I walked in wearing construction work clothes, and I was slightly concerned about my appearance. Upon entering I explained to the guard that I was interested in obtaining a closer look at a specific timepiece. I was told to browse and that someone would be with me as soon as possible. Within a few minutes I was greeted by Michael O. I told Michael about what piece I was interested in, and he took the time to show it to me, explain the features and benefits, and have me try it on, despite my appearance. Michael actually spent a considerable amount of time with me showing me other models that were paralleled with what I the one I originally came to see. Michael was quite knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the products he had to offer. He introduced me to other pieces that he felt may be of future interest, even though he knew I had something specific in mind. I enjoyed my conversation with him which encompassed topics beyond timepieces. I found that my interaction with him was both genuine and memorable. Michael followed up with me a little more than a week after my initial visit. This ultimately led me to revisit the store and purchase the piece that was the subject of my original inquiry. Both my original visit and follow up visit were terrific and I was treated well, despite my initial appearance. It was a pleasure to interact with Michael O. and I will be visiting PW for my next inquiry as they are my new AD for lux timepieces.

Precision Watches is an absolute gem. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with such amazing staff. Angelita took the time to educate me about each and every watch that I tried on, and was extremely patient and dedicated to making sure I found the perfect watch. I would return to precision in a heartbeat. Amazing experience all the way through!!!

I went to sell one of my watches and wound up buying another. Chase and Alan were wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy their next watch.

Roman and Chase were outstanding once again. Had to go visit the new location and was very impressed with the new store. Lots of great stock to view and try on. Friendly greeting at the door and helpful as usual. So happy with my luxury watch purchase. Deal in confidence!

They prey on the weak and uneducated…they proclaim to be the highest payers but clearly they are thousands below the lowest payers. Let my horror show of an experience be your guide to not walk away RUN RUN RUN as fast as you can !!!

Precision and quality engineering of the watch leaves me speechless. Salesman didn't upsell but informative and proactive in their assistance.

I have been a customer and a client of Bob's at Precision Watches & Jewelry for several years. The staff and management are always polite and inviting when I visit the store. Bob has been my salesperson from the beginning, and aside from facilitating transactions of buying, selling, and trading over the years, I feel more like family than a customer. A landmark birthday and an impossible request... and much to my surprise and amazement, not only was my request fulfilled, but on my actual Birthday! It's one I will never forget and memorialized by a timepiece I hope to enjoy for many years to come.
It was a Precision Watches that sparked my appreciation for writing instruments. Nothing like a nice pen to compliment that watch you've decided to purchase as a treat to yourself or a special person in your life.

I recently sold a Rolex to Precision Watches and, as are many people who are considering an online option, I was a bit nervous about doing it. As it turned out, my concerns were unnecessary. Sergey Taver made the entire process painless and very fast. He is exceptionally responsive and professional. My experience with him began with my initial inquiry and a few email exchanges (including an offer) on a Saturday.
The offer was fair and better than any other I had received. I shipped on Monday, received an offer confirmation on Tuesday after they had an opportunity to evaluate the watch, and the funds were transferred on Tuesday. I HIGHLY recommend Sergey Taver if/when anyone is considering such a sale. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I just worked with Sergey Taver to sell my Rolex to Precision Watches. I was a bit hesitant to say the least doing this transaction remotely never having worked with this business before or any business for that matter over the internet let alone ship my watch in the mail. Sergey was very detailed in explaining the process and very understanding with my hesitation. The process went very smooth as I was in contact all the time with Sergey. They viewed the pics I sent and made me a top dollar offer that blew everyone else away. They sent me an insured mailing label for the full value of my watch, received my watch and wired transferred me the exact amount we discussed the same day. Then a follow up call. They are very reliable and trusting. Sergey and Precision Watch was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone. One of the best transactions I have ever had. I would highly recommend them and will do business with them in the future.

The service I got from the man at precision was the best I've ever had at a jewellery store.
He fix my chain and bracelet for a nice reasonable price.
He does take the face covering very seriously you would too if you had a family member pass away from this pandemic. It's a very small price to pay for good workmanship.
Thank you very much and I will be back with more broken jewellery eventually.

Great experience working with Precision Watches to get my Rolex sold to them. I worked with Sergey and the process was very smooth. No issues at all in getting them the watch and getting payment. Offered me a great price on the watch. Would definitely work with them again.
