predis.ai レビュー

I've tried a couple of tools over the last year. Some of them look good on the surface, especially the avatars, but once you actually try to use them, the videos take time or feel as bit complicated to adjust.
Predis AI felt easier for me compared to the others. I didn't need to figure out too many things before getting a usable video. The videos are created quickly and I don't feel stuck fixing every small detail. With other tools I tested, I spent more time making changes than posting.
It helped me stay more regular with promotion, which is important for my business, especially during busy weeks. I still change a few things sometimes, but overall it saves me time.

unfortunately for me it was also a waste of time. They say "FREE" where actually you need to add credit card details.
EDIT: too much of unwanted marketing also

I was using the trial program and had some questions. I started chat and a person named Prerna connected and we did a screen share. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to help with my issue.

They were very cooperative, and the service was really useful.

This tool has made social media management a lot less time-consuming. the content and avatar features work smoothly, and posts are generated pretty quickly. the interface feels clean. it helped me stay consistent, especially with planning and scheduling. i also had a few questions early on, and the support team was quick and helpful. overall, it is a solod tool that makes the workflow very simple.

I've had a great experience using Predis. User-friendly and excellent customer service.

there are some learning curves and sometimes there's small technical difficulties however customer does their best to resolve most issues thus far, post do need a bit of editing before they go out but aside from that it has been a good experience thus far

My experience with Predis.ai has been very positive, especially thanks to their customer support.
I had a billing-related concern and the way it was handled really stood out. The support team was responsive, patient, and took the time to properly look into the situation instead of giving generic answers.
A special mention to Vivek Ojha, Customer Success Manager. He was extremely friendly, calm, and professional throughout the communication. You could genuinely feel that he cared about helping and making sure things were handled correctly, which is unfortunately rare these days.
Overall, Predis.ai shows that they take their users seriously and value long-term trust over quick wins. Great service and a solid platform backed by a human, respectful support team.
Highly recommended.

Gran aplicación para emprendedores, fácil de usar para crear las imágenes para redes sociales. Buen equipo de soporte para ayudar a aclarar dudas y responder. recomendada esta herramienta!

Gostei do atendimento e da rapida resolução do meu problema. Endenteram o meu desafio e logo se comprometeram a resolver.

Predis Ai is extremely great tool for E-commerce business. Highly Recommended!

I've been using the software for over a year and it really is a fantastic tool if you want to stay on top of your social media accounts and send regular updates. It generates amazing and unique content using AI. During that year I've seen the software improve a lot so it is obvious the developers take their users' feedback onboard and work with it. There are always new updates, improvements. Support has been wonderful. They get back to you promptly and they even organise 1 on 1 meeting with you if you're having trouble so you are never alone. Highly recommended.

I was a trial user for Predis.ai and have seen this platform grow into what it is today. Though I feel the new pricing system needs some tweaking, Predis.ai is one of the best content generators on the market for my business.

Brilliant customer service.

I had some problems with my browser and the connection to the facebook account, but the costumer service helped me right away and everything is working now.

Easy to use, fantastic support team. Im no techy and I feel like a Pro already ! Im one day in :-)

I had a charge dispute issue and was able to work it out with their help team quickly, they responded very fast and professionally. Moreover, their AI is quite impressive, whether they use their own or tap into another AI is unknown to me, either way, their software was easy to use and delivered as advertised…my business was not able to use their services and decided to go in a different direction, but should we need AI tools in the future, I will look into Predis again. Thanks!

Great experience with predis.ai and particularly with the team behind it! Overall, very satisfying and i highly recommend!
