The team at Prefienry has been a pleasure to work with over the past 10 months for our startup's waitlist campaign. Their support team is outstanding; their responsiveness, attentiveness, and comprehensive advice have been invaluable.

Their product is incredibly powerful and versatile, with limitless possibilities. I'd recommend anyone setting up a campaign to read the help documents first, but rest assured; the Prefienry team has your back. I wish most founders and startups had the same level of support and professionalism as Prefienry.

Prefinery Is that golden hammer tool we've all been looking for as it is unique for the fact that we can set up an entire rewards program for each of our businesses and brands while keeping track of all the analytics plus we can automate triggers and responses not to mention an entire tool to do email drips. The company has been around a long time and seems to have mastered the art of rewards and email drips, so together it's a powerful tool that other competitors don't offer alike. The support is amazing and the founder seems to have a passion for what he created and for helping people; that's something I can relate too and gets my business every time. When it comes to marketing, what's better than word of mouth?... especially when rewarding for it. Prefinery brings us a powerhouse white-labeled solution. No wonder all the big companies have been using it and NOW startups have access to compete in the same marketplaces at an affordable rate. Thank you Justin and Prefinery team. 🙌

I'm building a digital business. I've since learned that referrals work better than ads when building your audience. I was evaluating a few options when I stumbled into Prefinery. Their solution is better than the others. The UI/UX is polished making campaign creation easy and the experience for end-users great. The only thing missing for me is the ability to run contest campaigns.

Prefinery is the best tool to build a viral sign-up process for your company. We saw a 100% increase in sign-ups because of the "waitlist and refer" system that Prefinery provides. The system is really customizable for advanced users but also so easy you can get set up and going in less than 10 minutes. If you are looking at Prefinery, just stop what you are doing and sign up, it's not going to disappoint you.

The acquisition of this software is a step toward growing our community. We have had a lot of success up to this point in making it so that it is very simple to use; as a result, the amount of time required for onboarding and learning will be reduced.

Because of this, we have seen an increase in the number of people who have joined our organization, which has made us very happy. We are going to keep using this software and conducting experiments to figure out how to grow our membership.

This software is also incorporated into Zapier, which makes it even simpler for us to incorporate and make use of it within our already-established platform.

Although there are still some aspects to improve, this is by far the best product that our team has ever produced.

Great software for referral campaigns and building a list

Solid product also for non-techies. I have dabbled with competitiors or prefinery first, but often found the options often constrained by technicalities in the setup (e.g., only WP or all BUT WP, ...). Prefinery has an approach that - as of writing - sounds very flexible to me.

I was looking for a way to launch my startup, LTDHunt, and wanted to do it in an innovative way. My friends and colleagues suggested creating a waitlist and using it for marketing purposes. I found the idea interesting but I wanted to find a better way to do it than manually creating a list of people interested in my product. I was fortunate enough to find Prefinery, which was the first and only waitlist solution out there.

Recently, I have been on a search for a way to get some viral email sign-ups going by offering give-aways. I think that this is the fourth software application that I have tried (all in the last 30 days)...I ran into the same issues, until I landed on Prefinery:
• I can not figure out how to use the software!
• I can not find how-to videos (in English)
• The apps seem more concerned with their branding than mine

I must say, they all had excellent and responsive customer support. They each went over the top to get me up and going. But at the end of it all, I need software that I can understand and use on my own.
Prefinery has a video on YouTube that walked me through the main points, this got me going and I referred back to it as needed.

I have been able to clearly see how the parts fit together (could not see how one thing affected another on the other apps) and I am able to put an entire campaign together.

Prefinery has no branding so I do not anticipate that the app's brand will hinder my success, I do believe this was the case with the other apps I tried.

As you can tell, I am just getting started with Prefinery, and so far, so great. I will make an update to let you know my actual results of collecting email addresses in my very narrow niche.

I am a small startup and having a tool like prefinery has made a positive difference overnight. I feel like a BIG business now! It has a simple interface but packed with a ton of possibilities.

It is difficult to find a tool for viral campaigns that competes with Prefinery features ... such as double-sided rewards, milestone rewards, customization and integration possibilities through API and webhooks ... something I also liked is the ability to boost launches with the waiting list ... I really like the way the features are implemented!

Prefinery is a creative client acquisition tool that no marketing agency or business should be without. I am thrilled with this results we have received and looking forward in having our business grow with prefinery in place.

Prefinery was easy to set up and get a referral campaign going. The UI is easy to navigate and the examples of how to create referral campaigns like the big companies such as Airbnb, Dropbox etc is useful to understand how to set up your own referral campaign.

It supports more complex referral tracking such as after a referral has made a purchase, but that will require some integration through webhooks, API or Zapier.

Overall, a solid tool if you want to drive and reward referrals! A pity that I missed out on the higher tier plan on offer earlier.

I am excited about the possibilities with Prefinery. Support has been very helpful in guiding me as I navigate the platform.

As I launch my new offers, I feel confident the referral capability will help tremendously.

Additionally, Prefinery has been very open about their roadmap for improvements and seems to be actively making changes.
