My HHD in my desktop PC had packed up so I bought a SSD preloaded with windows from this business.
They were really helpful in providing the most suitable product for my needs.
My purchase was delivered really quickly.
I can't recommend Preloved laptops enough.

My father old Fujiti laptop's drive packed up , I wasn't sure if a new drive with Windows pre installed would save the old girl so I sent a few details over to Preloved Laptops and very quickly received confirmation that it would work fine. The new drive arrived within two days, slotted it in and a few questions from Windows and all done! Fantastic very pleased. They couldn't have been more helpful thoroughly recommend.l
Ordered a SSD for my 13 year old laptop as the HDD was constantly at running at 100% thus slowing it down massively and was hardly responsive. SSD came with pre installed windows and was a straight swap with the old drive, now I can use my laptop if I need to use it for travel instead of buying a new one. If you have any questions they’re very helpful!
Bought a pre-installed O/S 128gb M.2 Sata stick which is a wonderful niche to serve, thank you for that.
However it came with no screw. Which is mad.

Many thanks for your order and feedback Stephen. Our drives are designed to replace existing broken or corrupted drives, or for upgrading from an existing drive and as such, do not come with fixings. Additionally, many M.2 slot in some machines have proprietary harnesses and do not use M.2 screws. However, we'll take your feedback and will consider whether it's worth adding a spare M.2 screw as an option if the customer requires it, to our product pages. Many thanks, Joe @ Preloved Laptops
