Everything was fine until the parcel was given to UPS. I waited in all day for the delivery, but the parcel was returned to the depot. Next day the same thing happened and they cited a problem with the address. To save waiting in again I went online and redirected it to a local drop off point. On collecting it the next day, I saw the property number and postcode were on the parcel…They had my phone number and email so could easily contact me if there was a problem. Unfortunately it soured the purchase and I will not be ordering again while UPS is involved.
