AVOID! Run like your life depends on it, this company is a scam. My experiences line up with every other review on here, was never notified of an out of stock item-had to email them, waited 4 weeks for my bathing suits to arrive. Needed to return due to sizing and am getting the complete run around. A nightmare! I'd rather have bought something more expensive from a bigger brand.

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered a swimsuit I waited over a week for my order so I sent a email only to be told it's not in stock why did no one tell me this ? Ask for a refund and still waiting AVOID THIS COMPANY

So disappointed with this company I order a red bathing suit and got pink, when I tried to return it ,they were only prepared to give me 70 percent of what I paid. Be very careful of what you order...make sure it correct

I purchased 2 swimsuits on 9/5/26, nothing arrived, so I emailed them after approx 3 weeks, the items were out of stock, no one had bothered to tell me this! They offered an alternative or a refund, I asked for the refund, was told at the start of June it could take up to 15 working to arrive in my account, it is now July 18th and still nothing, when I email them I just get told the returns takes time, please wait a few more days.
This company has had my money for nearly 3 months now.
I've asked them for the complaints procedure and they just ignor me, I am now trying to find it myself.

I would love to give them zero stars fire everywhere stay away from them. I had to dispute my case with PayPal for 15 days. I have to dispute it again because they decided that they were only gonna give me the money and not my shipping charges not worth the hassle.

AVOID - It CLEARLY states on their website they offer FULL REFUNDS within 30days but I am having to fight them on this and they are asking me to keep the item for 20 or 30% back. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

I ordered two costumes and one didnt fit. The website claims you can return the swimsuit if needed. That is NOT true. After multiple emails of them not giving me the return details, and offering to send 20% of my money back to keep something I'll never wear, they eventually said they're based in China so if I insist on trying to send it will cost me more than the swimsuit! AVOID THIS COMPANY - Absolute Nightmare!

Buyer Beware, this company trades as premcurve.co.uk and also premcurve.com, my first review ended up on premcurve.com.
This company based in China avoids letting you to return unsuitable goods by offering more & more discount if you keep the goods as it is too expensive to return the items to China.
I have exchanged several emails and finally they tried to bribe me with a full refund if I changed my original review to 4 stars. I rejected this offer as it isn't fair to other customers who fall into the same trap I did.
If you read reviews on premcurve.com then you will see that refunds are non existent.
See below the last email I received from 'Customer Service' after I refused to lie on Trustpilot

'Hi，
We do accept returns, but the shipping cost to send the item back to China is very high.
Therefore, we hope we can reach a mutually agreeable solution regarding the return.
Alternatively, if you delete the negative review, we can process a refund for you.
Please provide a screenshot once you have deleted the negative review.
This is the simplest solution for both of us.

Like I said BUYER BEWARE

If I could give less that one star I would-
I ordered 3 swimming costumes, two out of the three did not fit me!

I emailed them asking to start the return process like their return policy states you can.

They replied with, please keep the costumes and we’ll refund you 20% back!
No!!! I want to send them back.

Next email, asking me to keep the costumes and we’ll refund 30%…

Seriously! I want a full refund and to send the two costumes back, if you can’t do that. Don’t offer a return of policy!

Chinese rip off racket...
Address is..Jinbao Hong, 4 Floor Youjong Technology, Quake Rd, Shenju Town, Jining City, Fijian Province 362246..or so they eventually told me.
Costs around £30 for a customer to return at customers expense and they only offer a percentage back. Told me to keep mine, said it didn't fit, they asked for photos, sending email's back and forth...told them the return price was too much so they mailed me to say small refund money would be put in my account.....you guessed it....nothing!

I simply wanted to return a L for a M, but for some reason exchanges aren't permitted by this company. I kept the bikini because I could not get the return address out of "customer service". I was only issued a refund of 30% which is absurd because I have no use for the item.

Aside from that awful experience, the website is full of pictures of 300 lb. tattooed hillbillies posing like lithe ballerinas in their ill-fitting swimsuits. "I love how it hugs my curves". It's not hugging your curves, it's holding in your blubber much like a sausage casing.

Sizes are off and they WILL NOT give you the return address for an exchange and will haggle instead, offering only a portion of a refund (e.g., 30% refund to keep the suit and not send it back). All I wanted was one size larger, an even exchange which they would not grant. My request took place well within their return window.

The swimsuit I bought (which is useless to me) is hanging in the closet with the tags still on because it's too small and the shipping back to their warehouse in China according to them "would be quite expensive". Hey, that's not my problem. Maybe get a better business model than dropshipping?

Now I have to find another suit (not from them of course) and spend more money. Had I known, I would've shopped elsewhere. Stay away from this ridiculous company.

If I could give a review of zero stars that would be my review. The customer service absolutely sucks! There is no phone number to be able to contact the company directly and in order to return an item you are instructed to send an email requesting a return authorization and address to send your item back...however when you do send the email request it takes 2-3 days to get a response. Then they will offer you a 20% refund and you keep the item. Why would I want to keep the item that I don't like and it doesn't fit! So I then sent another email refusing their 20% offer and simply requesting the necessary information to return the item for a refund...but it takes another 2 days to receive a response in which they now offer a 50% refund and a warning that the item would need to be returned to their warehouse in China and that the shipping cost would be quite high and that they would need to deduct shipping and handling cost from the refund. I have now sent an email response refusing their 50% refund offer and while the 15 day return window ticks away it will probably take another 2-3 days to get a response.
Do not order from this company as they are as shady as they come!!!

Diabolical returns process and non existent customer support.

They completely and utterly ignore all attempts to contact them.

USE THIS COMPANY aAT YOUR OWN RISK.

My husband ordered several swimsuits for me to try on, after trying them all on I picked the ones I liked and wanted to send the rest back. He emailed the company requesting a return label and they offered 20% of the original price back, my husband declined and then got another offer of 40% of our money back. Also wanted to add that they don’t respond in a timely fashion and also state on their website that you only have 15 days to return the items to get a refund. After much debate and patience on my end they offered us 75% of our money back just to keep the swimsuits. 10/10 don’t recommend this company , you have to pry information out of the customer service. Cute suits but definitely not worth the hassle .

We received the item which wasn’t too bad, just very ill fitting, I emailed requesting a full refund, received a response saying I could keep the item and have a 20% refund, I replied to refuse as I wanted a full refund. I still haven’t received a response after 5 days, so will have to now open a dispute with my bank, as sent a few more emails again but with no response

Items are crap poor quality, trying to return two items ,there just keep sending same emails over & over again asking for same details, I think this is a scam site avoid at all costs ive been robbed of over £70, pounds, there's no help at all , stick to the brands you know ,,this is a scam for over priced tacky items not the same as on the web site , you will be disappointed & then robbed
