Update:
They rang back to offer an immediate refund so at least I am not having to fight for my money back. Still disappointed about not receiving my food as I heard such good things about the meals.

Original review: Ordered, paid, received email saying order processed. Waited in all day. No delivery. Rang this morning to be told sorry it wasn’t delivered, will be
delivered on Wednesday. No effort to get it to me asap. Cancelled order.

Brilliant food prep company! Used them since May '19 and only ever had one problem - which they more than made up for as well. Would recommend to anyone, tasty meals & their food packages are good to track your calories as well with the written information. Best meal prep I've used in Sunderland.

Top service great range of meals tasty and nutritional. Not even an effoet to eat healthy when the food is so tasty. Steak in sweet chilli and sweet potatoes personal fave. Keep it up guys would reccomend yo anyone. Im down 400g in body fat in 1 week whist still retaining muscle. Peice is fav aswell consisering what yiu sould spend on a weekly shop and cheeky take outs. Keep up the good work! 💚

Been ordering for a few months now and the meals are spot on

This is the second week I’ve ordered from yourselves, week ones food was delicious but week 2 was really disappointing- I specifically ordered the white fish meals for my 12 year old very fussy daughter who loved it as it was quite plain but really healthy and tasty but this weeks fish was really heavily seasoned, so sadly she wouldn’t touch it...also the salmon tasted as if it was out of date, really fishy.

On a positive the fresh juices and the protein balls are absolutely fabulous! Your website could be a lot more user friendly as I had to choose the meal options multiple times when I tried to order juices and protein balls afterwards....if it had saved my options from the previous week it would have been much easier, ie order the same again etc...

Hope you take this feedback in the way it is intended! I wanted to support a local business and shared your meals all over my media channels and multiple friends ordered on the back of that.
