From the first contact with the Premier Craft team, we were impressed. The job was to demolish a conservatory, extend the house, remodel the internal layout and then fit a new kitchen.

The design team understood our needs and were able to come up with a plan that met our requirements - which involved creating a programme that allowed us to continue to use our kitchen for as long as possible and then Aaron adding his creativity in to the kitchen design process.

The communication from the whole team from the first contact was excellent, keeping us informed during the whole process.

The build and installation teams continued to work to the same high standards. They kept everything tidy throughout and they were able to work around our busy family life which was really impressive and very much welcomed. The build process and then the installation of the kitchen went as planned and the end result is stunning.

We were so very impressed with the whole process - finding a company who were able to take our ideas, add their creativity and then deliver on the ground was great.

We all love the end result and would highly recommend the Premier Craft team to anyone contemplating an extension or new kitchen.

A big thank you to all the staff at Premier Crafts Washington. We have very recently had our bathroom renovated. From the initial draft drawings, to the final design ( Jason ), the bathroom was completed in under 2 weeks in October. Dave ( installer ) was great. Excellent back up service from Rebecca & the delivery guys. We are very pleased with the final outcome, better than we thought.

We’re returning customers to Premier Crafts after they did a great job on our bedroom a fews years back.
Our kitchen was in much need of an overhaul and they delivered once again.
Aaron was brilliant and even took us to a huge kitchen design showroom - that really helped us make the right decisions. Richard was also in regular contact with us to check things were running smoothly throughout.
All tradesmen were first-class and a big thank you to Chris who fitted our kitchen - nothing was too much trouble for him or any of the lads.

Having previously used PremierCrafts and being very satisfied with their work we commissioned them to carry out full renovation of the property we had purchased.
The planning and design of the kitchen by Arron was amazing, the quality of the units wonderful and the fitting by Paul was excellent as was the design and fitting of the two sets of wardrobes by Reece.

However the bathroom ended up 0.5 metre smaller than the original size due to the contracted bathroom fitter not discussing his plans with anyone.
Sadly the construction side was a disaster, a 16 week project turned into 32 weeks and it took 25 months before the building certificate was issued.
Initially PremierCrafts dealt with any outstanding issues swiftly but after they had left the site and the outstanding certification work became an issue, we were left to deal with the site manager.
PremierCrafts had to return after 18 months to do remedial work to satisfy local council requirements who commented “The inability of builder to follow written calculations “was the cause of the delay in issuing the certificate.

Premier Crafts Cleadon is very local company to me so I decided to walk in one day and it initially spoke to Richard who set me up an appointment with Aaron.
First visit was to the house to look at the space and take dimensions and get some ideas. I had some ideas of what we wanted which was to knock out an old utility and open the space up.
From then on and over the next 8 weeks the design was worked on and changed numerous times with Aaron over multiple visits to the Cleadon office. I found the visit to the showroom early in the process really beneficial also it gives a lot of inspiration and ideas.
Throughout the process the communication was good with Aaron and Richard which was important to me as I was working overseas a lot of the time. There was a lot of building work needed done also, the builders were a good bunch of lads and very tidy.
Once all parties were happy with the design and the building was complete the kitchen fitting commenced. Our fitter was a gent called Paul who was excellent. His attention to detail and professional pride in his work is shown in the end results which we are very happy with.
The huge advantage for me using premier is they provide a turnkey solution from design to completion which means myself as the customer was completely hands off which was new to me but something I enjoyed.
All the tradesmen who visited and carried out work in the house were excellent and I should mention the floor fitter who done an amazing job also.
Overall we are delighted with how the kitchen has turned out and has completely transformed the space from a drab old dark kitchen to a bright modern special kitchen which is now the hub of the home.

Very happy with bespoke wardrobe designs and installation for 2 bedrooms in our new home . Sliding door wardrobe in one room and fitted wardrobes , bedside cabinets and set of drawers in the master bedroom . Excellent quality of the furniture and professional , courteous staff.

Very happy with premier crafts. This was the second time we used their help (first time was 10 years ago). The whole journey was very professional and smooth and the work has been done to a very high standard. We are very pleased with the outcome.

We recently had our new kitchen installed and couldn't be happier with the result. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding —every detail had been carefully thought through, combining style with practical functionality.
The customer service throughout the process was equally impressive. Communication was clear, timely, and professional, and we always felt listened to. Any questions or changes were handled promptly and with a real sense of care and pride in the project.
The quality of the kitchen itself is second to none. You can tell just by opening a drawer or running your hand along the worktops that this is a product built to last.

Paul who fitted the wardrobes was fantastic who worked swiftly and accurately and did an amazing job!! We had absolutely no complaints at all about his workmanship. Paul hoovered up each night and left the place spotless. All rubbish was collected everyday.

We had our kitchen, dining room and sun lounge converted into an open plan living area and our utility room refitted.
This involved knocking down walls, plumbing, electrical, plastering and joinery work as well as completely redesigning the kitchen and utility areas.
Aaron led on the design and project management supported by Richard who was always there to help with any queries we had. The tradesmen were all great, professional, friendly and hard working. Disruption was kept to a mimimum and much of the work was done whilst we were on holiday.
The end result is fantastic, it has completely transformed our house and so a big thank you to all involved.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Premier Crafts have been friendly, professional and efficient from the very first meeting I had with Rebecca at the Washington showroom to then discussing my kitchen design with Aaron at the Cleadon showroom. Aaron suggested great ideas for the best use of the space due to his expertise in design.

During the kitchen fitting, Richard communicated all schedules to keep me up to date on the project which I found not only very considerate, but also helpful. Reese, Jake and Paul could not have worked harder to get the job done in the short time that had been advised. All of their finishing touches have been completed to a very high standard.

I hugely appreciate all the extra personalised finishing touches that go over and above what is required. For example, the cleaning service offered once the kitchen had been fitted, plus the coasters and chopping board to match the work tops.

Premier Crafts were top class from start of the project to hand over. We had a full bathroom renovation including, new plumbing, electrics, plastering, panelling and tiling. All the work was carried out to a high standard and I was well informed throughout the project. All the staff at premier were great and have a high level of craftsmanship. Our bathroom has turned out better than we had imagined. The initial design process and specification choices goes into a lot of detail allowing you to choose exactly what you want and the design can be altered to suit your preferences. We went through this process a few times with Jason who gave us some great recommendations helping make the best of the space and to narrow down our final choices and colour schemes. I’d like to extend my thank you to Jason, Reece, Jack, Mark and Tony for creating our dream bathroom.

Can’t rate the team at Premier crafts high enough. We had a kitchen and booth seating design thought out and with some minor tweaks from Aaron my dream kitchen was realised. We have secret doors with hidden wine racks a fantastic breakfast cupboard and pan drawers galore.

The team were fantastic installing it with special thanks to Paul the fitter who really is a perfectionist. Can’t thank you all enough.
