We had our bathroom totally refurbished by Premier crafts. I had an idea in my head what I wanted and other companies said it couldn't be done. When Jason visited the first time he was not phased and embraced our ideas. We could not fault any part of our refurbishment. From design, building work to completion everything was done with such professionalism and perfection. Our fitter Dave worked to perfection and kept us updated at every stage. We are truly over the moon with our stunning new bathroom. I would recommend Premiercrafts in a heart beat. Every single member of their team were so professional and helpful. I think it's very rare to find a company with such high standards and great customer service. A big thank you to the whole team involved. Miriam & Ron.

Had new kitchen installed by Premier crafts in February. From planning to final fitting everything was done professionally. Aaron was a great help putting the design together while Helen helped us decide which colour and pattern combination of doors, worktops and floor would work best for us. The fitting itself was well organised,. The old kitchen was dismantled and taken away on day one and replastered by the end of day two. Then electrician, plumber and fitter all worked together giving us a usable kitchen within just over a week. MJM flooring the finished the floor a few days later and we were done..We then had a visit from Helen who gave all the cupboards and draws a good clean which was a nice touch.
A few days after the final payment had been made we discovered a couple of small chips on a kickboard and filler which were rectified hassle free with a quick phone call.
All in all would highly recommend.

I can highly recommend Premiercrafts to anyone looking to replace their kitchen. I’m thrilled with the result and with the whole process. I was anxious to retain the wall tiles that were fitted by my late partner when I decided to look for a new kitchen. Aaron listened and drew up plans that suited the small space and improved a few things for me. Richard and Aaron helped me to choose colours that would complement the original wall tiles and I was given a date for fitting. The date arrived and the old units were removed with great care. I was thrilled that the original wall tiles were retained in excellent condition. Paul, the fitter, is a highly skilled professional. Nothing was too much trouble. He did all the new plumbing and fitting himself and I was shown the work as it progressed. The work was completed on time and with very little disruption during the time it took. Aaron visited at the beginning and end of the process and everything was checked thoroughly before it was signed off on completion. Thank you to everyone at Premiercrafts for my new kitchen and for helping to preserve the memory of my late partner into the process.

Recently had a new bathroom fitted with Jason and his team at premiercrafts and couldn’t be happier! Had an excellent experience from day one and will be recommending them to anyone wanting any home improvements! Also have to say Morri the fitter was superb and a true gentleman! We couldn’t be happier with our superb new kitchen, designed and fitted by Premier Crafts.

Within this project, Premier Crafts also assisted with a remodel, including knocking down a structural wall.
We would highly recommend them and have used them in our previous house for a kitchen and two bathroom projects, a testament to their high quality service.

They were able to translate our ideas into reality and make us aware of our options and key things to consider. They supported our unique design ideas and the finished product is better than we could imagine.

Every member of the Premier Crafts team is really friendly and helpful, with really great communication and excellent customer service.

From speaking to Jason about what we required for a change in our bathroom we have been impressed with the communication and service from Premiercrafts. All timescales were met and the site visited for inspections, Tony, the Fitter, was exceptional in his professionalism and respected our home when working. He was a perfectionist when it came to all aspects of fitting tiles, floor tiles and fittings. Nothing was too much bother, we would highly recommend Jason and Tony if you are considering a replacement bathroom.

From initial design stage, to planning, completion and aftersales, we have had first class service from Premier Crafts. The new floor to ceiling wardrobes are superb quality from the oak carcases to the ivory doors and range from the dressing robe, the corner unit and other wardrobes which include drawers, shoeracks and clever storage areas, they are everything we envisioned and set the room off. Fitters were also first class.

We did not know where to start our project for a new bathroom. We called into Premier Crafts on meeting Jason and team we realised that the project need not be as stressful as. We first imagined. They supported us through the whole process with advice and ideas this was invaluable to us. Decision making was down to us but was achieved as a team effort along with Jason and his team. They supplied with bathroom fitter called Dave who did an absolutely first class job he explained what and why he was doing things and kept us updated with the fitting process. All this removed the stress and anxiety of a major project. This finished works were done to an extremely high standard we are more than delighted with the end product. The bathroom is a really dream bathroom. Thanks to everyone at Premier Crafts you were a pleasure to be involved with. After sales service very good . Professional and friendly people

Having initially chosen Premier Crafts to construct and fit out our new ensuite, followed by the design, supply and fitting of our brand new fabulous kitchen, then once more to supply and fit out our replacement bathroom and toilet, I would totally trust and recommend Premier Crafts any day. Communication throughout the three projects was superb, fitters, support staff, management and aftercare are first class. Thank you Premier Crafts, we would most definitely employ your services again if we ever move house.

I would 100% recommend premier craft from going to the showroom to getting them done we couldn’t fault a thing, the guys in the showroom done design for us showed us what our bedroom would look like, Shaun then ordered what we wanted, the fitter was great really nice and polite nothing was a problem for any of them. We had more work done since the bedroom and got matching cupboards built on the landing absolutely perfect

We are really delighted with the finished look of the 2 jobs Premier Crafts did for us. The work they did in my small cloakroom and built in units in the living room is excellent. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were several delays on the job due to lack of communication between the office and the factory. Quality of the product and installation is exactly what we expected .
