Ordered Thursday morning were here Friday afternoon amazing delivery

I returned a set of darts and during the returns process it says you can have the funds put onto an E Gift Card and it should add a bonus amount of £2.35 or £5%. So I requested this option and a few days later the refund was processed and said the amount was on a gift card. When I contacted premier darts via email they kept telling me the amount was on my account however this was not the case after a number of emails going back and forth I gave up and called.

I was then told the amount was on my old gift card not the account which I no longer had because it had been used and the lady seemed a bit frustrated and sighed as if it was stupid to not keep a used gift card number. So it was never on my account as told in numerous emails. The amount refunded was less than what was told to me when actioning the return. I got a refund £45.91 instead of the £49.9 it claimed would be out on a gift card. Also i used a £5 points voucher I didn’t get back either. So going forward just get refunded back to original payment method as it’s a bit of a headache. I wouldn’t expect the lady on the phone to have a tone which seems to indicate she was somewhat frustrated. Not very professional which is a shame because I really like premier darts until this happened.

Great quality products and fast delivery

Very quick delivery and great product.

So delivery was left at the front door which is 2 yards from the pavement totally open. Anyone with slightest brain cell wouldn’t leave a parcel there. Anyway arrived home 2 days later yep you guessed it parcel not there. So trying to get a replacement or refund from premier darts they are not interested. To them tracking shows a picture showing item left at the front door gps data also shows delivery driver was at my address. They seem to think that’s means it’s been delivered that’s the end of it. Well currently I’ve had to put a claim in through the small claims court. So will update the review with the outcome.

So 100% avoid this company awful customer service.

Ordered a £900 item for it to be banging around in their delivery wagon for 2 days, gave me a time slot that I left work for and lost £60 in wages for it to not even turn up, no way of knowing where the £900 package even was, had to stay in all night to wait for it, never turned up, and like every company these days there’s no way to contact them, disgusting

Second time I've reviewed this company...seems this is the only way to get a response off them...sent 6 emails and phoned 3 times to get info on missing item...only response was to my negative review... stating they haven't heard off me... birthday been and gone now and still no item... terrible terrible customer service...needless to say I won't be returning

Having used these a few times previously I’ve always had good service.
My latest order was a disaster, even though my delivery instructions stated the delivery address is closed for deliveries on weekends the courier left 2 items on the floor on the other side of a closed gate (anyone can reach through the gate)
Needless to say by the time I had got to the business address both items had gone.
I’m now trying to get a refund or replacement for these items, depending on how this goes I will update my review
*Edit - received a refund via PayPal dispute for one of the items, still trying to get the other one refunded, support basically non existent!

No idea how.to send back cant get hold of anyone, no return or exchange available, I bought a shirt too big and need to get smaller one
