Premiere Sales Water Filtration レビュー

There was an issue with UPS which delayed delivery. Premier Sales was communicative and responsive after I brought it to their attention. Item arrived a few days later. I have not installed yet but the filter is substantial...beefy. Appears to be quite high quality. I hope it works as good as it looks.

Excellent! Quality products, fair pricing, easy ordering, quick delivery.

I had trouble installing the filters I ordered due to the previous owner mixing different products with different interfaces. Premiere Sales went above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong and get me the additional parts I required. The person I spoke to over the phone was very helpful, and I was able to get everything working.

Ordering was easy and the order arrived reasonably quickly as well. Thank you!

I purchased a filter kit for a system I purchased about three years ago. The system worked well but needed new filters. All filters are installed but not back in service as I am in the process of installing a new kitchen. I'm sure the system will come on line with out a hitch.

A well constructed and easy to use website gave me all the information I needed to get the right filter and complete the purchase without difficulty. The price was right and the shipping was timely. A pleasure to do business with.

Part was as described, communication emails were prompt and informative, delivery fast.

I am very impressed with this company. They contacted me after I placed my order to make sure I was ordering the correct product for my needs. After I received the filter there was prompt attention to my calls for assistance in hook up (with a real live person). And best of all I just had a repeat water test and my water is the best quality it could be with no bacteria present. Thank you.

The filter system was delivered promptly and with no problems. The water now tastes fantastic. All I can say is WOW!

The filter came very quickly, and in good shape. Instructions were awful.....incomplete and wrong. Customer service immediately sent me a new set (also incomplete) with apology. There was no parts list or explanation for the bag of parts and adapters that came with the filter. Customer service was quick to answer questions, but didn't really seem to know the product well. It turns out that it was not hard at all to install, and I like it so far.....only had it 2 weeks.

Website was easy to navigate and find what I needed. Plenty of selection and pricing was competitive. Order was shipped quickly and received in good condition. Thanks.

The Premier Sales website was extremely helpful in offering meaningful comparisons and information about the different types of filtration for different needs, the different sizes of units, and pricing. Ordering was simple after we made our choice, and the unit arrived promptly and in good condition.
We have not yet installed and begun to use, so I can really only recommend the ordering/shipping/receiving process... but THAT was seamless.

Found what I needed, easy to order, shipped and arrived quickly. thank you!

Customer service replied promptly to my question. Fast delivery and excellent pricing. Will order again in the future.

The housing to our filter sprung a leak so we contacted the local installer. 5 days later we were still chasing them for info on stock and price so I checked premiere - they had the item in stock, on sale and with free shipping.

Ordered and delivered within 48 hours! Can't beat that

Customer service is excellent! Ordered the wrong items. E-mailed the company for help. Got response in no time. Sent back wrong items for exchange. Very satisfied with this shopping experience!

You're asking for too much information.

Everything went fine with the order
