Amazing value, superior product
Love this. Saving so much money on bottled water and water service! Water tastes great and super clean—cleaner than most bottled waters. Really, you cannot beat this for the price—even for the quality. Super easy to install. Now I can cook with clean water and never run out. Most importantly, it gives me great peace of mind to know it delivers cleaner water than FDA standards.

Premiere Sales Water Filtration からの回答
Hi Larry,
I’m sorry that you feel this way, but I appreciate this chance to address your review as it could be misleading for others. We want happy customers and take the time and effort to make sure we deliver a great experience for everyone.
Our system automatically sends two emails: an order confirmation, and a shipment confirmation including the UPS tracking number. I have verified that both these emails were sent to you – perhaps they ended up in your spam/junk folder?
After reviewing our records, Tony had multiple phone calls with you, and left multiple messages other times. When you emailed regarding the shipping date, within 90 minutes Tony provided it on 11/21.
I hope you can see that we do our very best to deliver great customer service and communication through every step of the process. As a small business, we really appreciate your order Larry, and this has been a good opportunity for us to review our practices to make sure everything works appropriately.
Kind regards,
Whitney

Premiere Sales Water Filtration からの回答
Hi Robert,
Thank you for your order and the feedback . I've refunded your shipping charge - I'm really sorry that it took a week for you to receive your water filter when we're practically neighbors being so close. Our shipping department is (usually) very quick so I'm not quite sure what the hold up was. I can assure you that you'll receive your next order and tracking information from us much quicker!

Premiere Sales has the filter I needed at a fair price and with speedy shipping. But most importantly was that when I was originally describing my needs, the customer service person was able to help me with what I needed and the filter and filtration system has made all the difference in the quality of our well water.
