Excellent service with notice in advance of time, date, and technician to carry out the service. On day of the service arrived within time period agreed and professionally carried out the service.

I'm consistently impressed with the service from Premier Heating. They originally installed the boiler in my home for the previous owner, and I've been a repeat customer ever since, entrusting them with my annual boiler service.

Their professionalism is outstanding. They always arrive promptly within the agreed-upon time slot, and their engineers are incredibly friendly and thorough. During my last service, the engineer took the time to explain everything clearly and even fixed a minor issue with my towel rail radiator, which wasn't even part of the standard annual service.

I really can’t recommend premier heating enough. I contacted them as I needed a new water cylinder installed - something I had put off for a while as I knew it wouldn’t be cheap! From the start they were fantastic, the people I spoke to from the office as well as the people who came round to survey/install the cylinder were all brilliant and couldn’t do enough to make sure all my questions were answered. They even sent a little gift after the work was completed which was very much appreciated. So pleased I finally got the work done and even more pleased that I chose premier heating.

Engineer was polite and did a great job even showed me some tips on what I could do between boiler services to keep it running smoothly. I was late for appointment due to traffic but engineer waited 20 mins for me to get home great service

I needed repairs on 2 issues, my boiler and toilet cistern. The toilet cistern was repaired immediately and with excellent advice by the engineer.

The boiler needed (and may still need) a few visits, but the work and advice, so far, has been excellent and checks/repairs competently handled.

It was by accident that I stumbled upon Premier Heating Solutions after a frustrating wait for British Gas. In the various communications and appointments I have been very ably and kindly assisted by Shane Gray, Brandon Richardson, Ollie Preston and Richard Callaway (and also once a lady called Helen (?), I think). The level of assistance, advice and actual work done, I believe, have been of the finest quality and standard. Also it has demonstrated that whoever attends an enquiry, they are all of equally high quality competence.

Cost-wise Premier Heating Solutions are a bit higher than the providers I have previously used and including my decision to take up their Premier Club Membership. I have decided that their competence and reliability is trustworthy. That, so far, is worth my paying for, and of-course something I will always keep reviewing as I do with any professional service provider I use.

I comfortably recommend this company to others.

Premier heating solutions provided a very professional service. They were punctual and provided a clear idea of what the issue was and how much the repair would cost to replace my unvented cylinder. The price was competitive and the plumber was pleasant and did the job with a minimum of fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.

Both Ollie and Kyle are kind, professional and knowledgeable engineers and were very accommodating while working. We have a baby and a dog making the work circumstances a bit more challenging but they were very flexible and respectful with the situation. What I really appreciated was their call ahead of time when they were on their way to make sure you don’t have to sit at home waiting for the duration of the time slot.
Excellent communication from the engineers during their work explaining what they are doing and taking you through the process, as well as from Richard who works at the office arranging the appointments.
Would 100% recommend and will use them again for any work needed in the future.

I cannot recommended Premier Heating Solutions enough. We have had so many bad experiences with plumbing firms who have charged the earth and never fixed the problem that we were convinced all plumbers were the same. Then we contacted PHS and from the onset they were friendly, professional and, get this, offered a no fix no fee promise! There had to be a catch. Well, there wasn’t. Far from it in fact. Not only were our issues fixed promptly and permanently but we were given options to save money. Carl, our engineer, was professional and knowledgable - the dogs loved him which is testimony enough to his character.
The entire process from booking a call through to payment at the end was seamless and, dare I say, enjoyable. We will not go anywhere else from now on.

I've been a happy customer of Premier Heating Solutions for 9 years and during that time they have fitted me a new gas boiler, serviced it every year and carried out numerous plumbing repairs when required. They have never let me down and are one of the few companies that I am prepared to recommend to others. Several of my friends and family have used them and are now also big fans.

Our existing boiler failed early during a very cold February. After the initial examination by our service contractor the insurers decided the boiler was beyond economic repair. Obtained four quotes from four installers. Chose Premier not because they were the cheapest, but they seemed to know what they were talking about. We also had a radiator changed at the same time. The installers arrived promptly. One began by draining the system and removing the old boler whilst the other dealt with the radiator. By early afternoon the boiler was installed and ready for commissioning. By the end of the day we had a warm house once again. Shortly after the boiler was removed and stood by the front door a knock on the door revealed a 'scrap metal' dealer offering to take the boiler away. I explained that the company had its own arrangements for dealing with scrap, he insisted on speaking to the 'plumber'. He firmly dealt with the man, a common occurence apparently.

All in all a great service from Premier.

Highly recommended - plumbing and heating
I have used this firm for years for regular call-outs to fix our house's aging heating and plumbing system. They area always reliable and I have had good experiences with many of their plumbers!
We finally bit the bullet and had our boiler and central heating system replaced a few weeks ago (a 2 week job). It all went very smoothly and the team were fantastic from start to finish.
I was very impressed with (a) the standard of workmanship, with the pipes all run very neatly, (b) the speed at which they worked and their reliability, (c) the care that they took for the house and furniture with a complete lack of mess, and (d) how once the new boiler had been installed, they made sure to put the heating back on over the weekend and each evening we were there (we had gone away for the 1st week) and they were concerned to ensure we had a comfortable living environment.

Premier Heating did not disappoint! I called with a problem, they came out a few days later, fixed the problem, and followed up with me via phone a week later to make sure the problem had been resolved! Love that!!!

Having been let down by another company, Premier Heating Solutions Ltd were able to service our combi boiler promptly and their staff were friendly, professional and polite. Would highly recommend.
