Excellent professional company. Overhauled our central heating system including installation of additional radiator. Completed on time and to a very high standard. Would certainly recommend them.

We have used Premier Heating several times over the last six months and have always been happy with the quality of their work. They proved to be efficient and reliable and very respectful of our home. Also the staff at the office were helpful and kept us informed of any change in appointment time/day. We would not hesitate to use them again.

I called Premier Heating to replace a leaking kitchen tap. Carl arrived on time and was fast, efficient, professional and friendly. He discussed options and took on a second tap replacement job we surprised him with. He left the working areas tidy and has done a really good job. We would certainly recommend Carl and Premier Heating.

Firstly, our carbon monoxide detector malfunctioned while we were on holiday. Premier Heating Solutions attended and performed their annual service early, confirmed there was no problem with the boiler and got us up and running so that our water pipes did not freeze while we were away.

The boiler malfunction shortly afterwards due to problems with three separate parts. Premier Heating turned up very quicktly and then returned promptly so that the parts could be fitted in turn until the full problem had been addressed. Due to the complexity, Tom, their senior engineer, played a very active role. All four of the engineers that attended were very helpful, efficient and pleasant.

I highly recommend Premier Heating because of their determination to get to the bottom of a complex problem and eventually to provide a very good solution. Conscious of the fact that this was midwinter, only short gaps arose between their visits.

My shower pump was fitted the next day and the plumber was polite and courteous and explained everything to me and what the cost would be be for the installation and left it clean and tidy.

Premier Heating came out at short notice and successfully fixed a leaking radiator valve. As usual their engineer was polite and friendly, efficient and clearly competent.

We called them because six months ago they had fitted our new boiler. That was quite a complicated job because some of the original electrical circuitry and pipework was quite dodgy (it was 40 years old) Their engineers worked until quite late in the evening to complete the job for us and then subsequently came back and moved the exhaust outlet to a more visually appealing location at no extra cost to ourselves.

A neighbour asked on our group email for recommendations as he had a similar problem. I recommenced Premier Heating and he was also very please with the job and sent out a not to all our neighbourhood saying so.

George, the engineer who did the job, was efficient and friendly. he got on with the job with a minimum of fuss and cleared up extremely well when he’d finished. Overall’ I couldn’t have asked for any better service.

Upon return from holidays late afternoon December 28, we discovered that our boiler had stopped working. We phoned Premier and within about 30 minutes Chris, a heating engineer, arrived at our place. He quickly spotted the problem and had the system up and operating within minutes. He also recommended that two valves be replaced to ensure a long term solution to the problem. This work was carried out on June 6th by Carl, which was done quickly but very thoroughly. The heating system is now working well and reliably. We have also joined the Premier program which provides emergency service 24/7. This gives us great comfort, especially during the cold winter months. Scott Houston Henley on Thames

Excellent company who provide a top rate service with responsive back office support. Carl is a very experienced and competent engineer who did an excellent job for us recently and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Very pleased with the servicing of our unvented storage water cyclinder by James Mulvenna, experienced and friendly person. The fixed and reasonable cost was key to getting it serviced by Premier Heating.
In fact I got our central heating boiler serviced at the same time.
Would recommend them again.

I've used premier heating for the last few years of boiler services and have not been disappointed so far. Spoke to the last engineer, James Mulvenna, for ages about Warhammer. James gave honest boiler advice and went above and beyond to provide a good service. Overall, recommended for a positive experience.

Having experienced very many problems with boilers over the past 30 + years it has been such a relief to be looked after by a knowlegable, dedicated, friendly and efficient team. Premier Heating is the best; and being looked after by Steve Barnes is the icing on the cake. Steve carried out an annual service on the Atag and supported his work with detailed and clear explanaction on it's operation, (I am a retired engineer) and found his knowlegable, & truthful details were very encouraging. I recomend Premier Heating to all who maybe interested.

Premier Heating Solutions completed 2 plumbing jobs for me. Both were quickly and professionally completed. From the initial phone call, all the way through to the jobs being finished, Premier Heating Solutions acted with total professionalism, they were clean, experienced and on time (no wasting hslf a day waiting for a plumber).
