We wanted to celebrate my 55th Birthday in style and I'd always wanted to go to Vietnam; I researched flights, hotels, excursions, transfers and guides and found it quite expensive. I contacted Premier Holidays, handed them my itinerary and challenged them to put together an adventure for my wife and I and, boy, did they deliver!! Everything was perfect! From the moment we boarded our Emirates flight at Birmingham we felt completely looked after; we were escorted through every excursion in Hanoi, HaLong Bay, Hoi An and Saigon, and thoroughly spoiled throughout. The hotels were superb, the cars, buses and speedboats (!!) were immaculate and the staff were out of this world.....and all for £2K less than I could do myself! A truly wonderful experience, and one that we hope to duplicate for our next big adventure next year. Thank you so much for making this such a special birthday present.

We have just returned from our holiday to Koh Samui Thailand . We have booked our last eight holidays with Premier Holidays because of there brilliant customer service and knowledge of any destinations that we have travelled to in the past . They have always been very competitive regarding any bookings we have made , and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any potential customers. Thankyou and we'll be in touch for our next adventure!

A great holiday to Thailand with Premier Holidays.
Appreciated being able to tailor the trip to our needs re. length of stay, type of hotel etc. The reps accompanying us during the transfers were first class - really helpful. Accommodation at both hotels was excellent and suited us very well. Will definitely be booking with Premier again

Just back from a trip, organised by Premier Holidays, to South Africa. Everything went like clockwork: flights: transfers; hotels; car hire allowing us to have the worry free holiday we so much wanted. The hotels we were booked into were of a very good standard and all in very safe, interesting areas which made exploring and organising the various trips we enjoyed whilst in South Africa very easy. Such a beautiful country, made very easy to appreciate by the excellent service that Premier supplied us with.

They sorted our honeymoon to Italy. Overall nice room and flights etc sorted however even though we specified beachfront hotel we ended up being placed on top of the mountain/cliff with no access to any beach. Dissapointed with some of the other elements, so would recommend a different tour operator.

Premier Holidays and Premier Travel are part of the same group so my trustpilot review still stands. Furthermore there dosent seem to be a page on trustpilot for Premier Travel and 2 days after i posted this review i was contacted by your colleague at Premier Travel so this review was fed back to them.

Premier organised a fantastic trip. 3 cities in three separate countries plus a resort stay in 16 days so a big ask. We had the best time. Great flights, effortless transfers between the airports and the hotels. Fantastic hotels in fab locations. All staff welcoming & attentive. Booking the trip with them was easy. They were happy to keep refining the plans until it was exactly right for us. Lots of info provided re travel/health & things to do. Would highly recommend Premier

Premier Holidays were good communicators and well organised. The price was good and the Welbeck Hotel in Douglas IOM was excellent. We would book with them again

We have recently returned from a very memorable holiday in the USA. Premier were very helpful from the outset in accommodating our wishes in terms of flights and itinerary. Holly always corresponded with us promptly and answered our queries along the way,

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the service provided by Premier Holidays. My wife and I had booked a vacation through our travel agent, who used Premier Holidays for the arrangements. The trip was meant to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. However, due to a catastrophic event in our home country of Israel, which has resulted in close to 1,000 deaths and hundreds kidnapped, we found ourselves emotionally unable to proceed with our plans. This tragedy has affected us personally, as we have friends and acquaintances who are either among the deceased or are currently missing.

We immediately contacted our travel agent to request a postponement of our trip. Despite the urgency and gravity of the situation, Premier Holidays refused to accommodate our needs. Worse, they misrepresented our situation to the hotel, stating that we wanted to cancel because a family member was not feeling well. This was a blatant misrepresentation of the gravity of our situation.

After speaking directly with the hotel, they were willing to find alternative dates for us. However, Premier Holidays informed us that their ground handler in the Maldives was not willing to amend the booking and would charge a 100% cancellation fee. This shows a complete lack of empathy and understanding for our situation, not to mention poor communication between Premier Holidays, their ground handler, and their partners.

The financial loss we are facing is significant—more than £10,000—if we don't travel. Given the emotional and psychological state we are in, the last thing we needed was to deal with a company that shows such a lack of compassion and integrity. I would strongly advise against using Premier Holidays for your travel needs.

Everything went very smoothly. Great flight from Humberside which is local to us and a nice quiet airport, no queues. The hotel was super in a fantastic location. Pomme D’Or in St Helier, Jersey.

Everything was provided as expected. The flights were on on time and the hotel room and meals in the hotel were all excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. In fact the whole trip was one very pleasant experience.
Communication received was timely and well laid out.

First stay on the Scilly Isles. Excellent hotel and location- great holiday - Premier Holidays delivered a great experience

We had a wonderful week on the beautiful island of Jersey. From the most efficient booking process, the warm welcome at the hotel, excellent food and accommodation. In a word 'superb'!

Wonderful holiday in the fabulous well appointed Harbour View suites in superb St Aubin quayside location. Plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Booking system worked flawlessly, and when contacted with a query, the reply was prompt and answered fully.
The Bell Rock Hotel was excellent, with a small swimming pool which we used often. Staff were friendly and very efficient. Really enjoyed talking with them at breakfast and evening meal. Food was consistently good with plenty of choice. Bedroom was like a mini suite, which we enjoyed and the bed was so comfortable.
Transfers from the airport to hotel and return were excellent with nice drivers
The Scilly Isles are beautiful and unspoilt. Visited three islands, all different but equally lovely. Walked our socks off and enjoyed every step!

I originally spoke with Jessica on the phone with an enquiry about a possible holiday to Canada in 2024. It was immediately obvious that not only was Jessica knowledgeable, she was professional, friendly and asked some great questions.

Within hours I received 3 quotes for different options and over the period of the next two weeks, Jessica responded promptly to a number of queries, adapting the quotes accordingly with plenty of patience.

This was my second Channel Islands trip with Premier. Both holidays were superbly organised and supported. The whole experience was excellent and I had a wonderful time.

Amazing trip to the Canadian Rockies, including a 2 day journey on the Rocky Mountaineer, followed by a week on an Alaskan cruise. Every connection went smoothly and efficiently. The hotels were great-especially in Vancouver. The helpful emails before we left gave us confidence that it would all work out well. And it was a wonderful holiday. Thank you.
