My father has died and they won’t offer a refund, voucher or reimbursement of any kind for his portion of our holiday which is still 4 months away.

Brilliant service from Premier Holidays!
Recently returned from a 4 night girls weekend in Toronto, Canada. Great service from day one of booking! Email reminders were super helpful from time of booking right up to the departure. Can't fault the team on anything. Air Canada staff were amazing, friendliest airport staff I have ever experienced at Heathrow. The 4 star Chelsea hotel was in the perfect location, would recommend, and only 10 minutes (dependant on traffic of course) by taxi from Union Station. The UPS train from the airport in Toronto is super easy and about 30mins from the airport, runs every 15 minutes.
Would highly recommend a visit to the CN tower and Niagara Falls. The hop on hop off city sightseeing bus is a great way to see the city if you are only there for a few nights. A great city to visit!

Amazing from start to finish. Excellent customer care throughout from booking right through to in resort support. Would definitely recommend this company for anyone thinking of a trip to Thailand
