another company promising quick service and delivering nothing but frustration they need to get their act together

my order was incorrect and they were unwilling to fix it it’s been way too long

the representatives were abrasive and dismissive I felt unwelcome during my visit

they seem to not care about customer satisfaction I will not be coming back to this place

returned my glasses weeks ago and still no refund the team is impossible to get in touch with

I went in for an eye exam and ended up waiting for over an hour my glasses took forever to arrive

the frames I received were not what I ordered they refused to exchange them very upset

attempted to get updates on my order but nobody would respond I felt neglected as a customer

I ordered sunglasses that never came when I contacted them they just gave me the runaround

after a month my contacts still hadn’t been delivered I called multiple times and got no clear answers

the staff seemed uninterested and rushed my fitting process I left feeling confused and disappointed

received damaged lenses after waiting for weeks they refused to issue a refund very frustrating

they took forever to process my order customer service was unhelpful when I reached out I regret choosing this place
