Premier Vehicle Group Ltd レビュー

Jonny quickly found the exact car I was looking for with all the added special features that I was after. The process was really smooth, and Charlotte was very helpful with making sure all things regarding the delivery of the car and any finance contracts etc were sorted and explained. To anyone in need of a new car I highly recommend this company.

A great service from start to finish provided by Elliott and Charlotte. They kept me informed at every step of the way and now, thanks to them I am driving a mint BMW.

Amazing company, made everything so easy and stress free.

Great to deal with. Charlotte and Millie both really helpful!

Amazing customer service! Elliott went above and beyond. I received hands on support from start to finish, I’ve never actually received a service like it. 5 stars! Elliott was able to find me the perfect car within hours of me forwarding me very niche brief. By far the most stress free process of sourcing a new car. Having a company you can trust is price less. Thank you so much!

Charlotte was also fab & super quick at answering all of my questions.

Fantastic experience! Had the pleasure of being assisted by Elliot at Premier vehicle leasing while purchasing my new car. Couldn't have been more helpful, everything went so smoothly and I couldn't have been happier with the service provided. Would highly recommend 👌

Millie and Charlotte were really great with the whole process. They were really patient!

Great service through the whole process. They made the process of getting a new car easy, updated me the whole time and wanted me to find the best car for myself. Highly recommend!

From the moment I spoke to Tom to discuss the car, to the day I collected it from Charlotte, I couldn’t have received better service. Tom made sure I got to see the car at a time that suited and Charlotte managed the sales process really efficiently; not forgetting that the car is fantastic of course. I’ll be back when I trade up and recommend to anyone who asked.

Brilliant as always, informative throughout the process and delivered on time I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Charlotte was amazing from start to finish, she kept me updated on everything that was going on and made sure the whole process was flawless throughout. When we noticed an amazing deal on their Instagram it took Charlotte a matter of weeks to get the van delivered to us. This is our sixth time using PVG and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! In fact we are already looking at our next car with them!

The best customer experience from start to finish! Everything was so straightforward and hassle-free. The car I bought is in amazing condition and Jono & Charlotte kept me up-to-date throughout the whole process and took good care of everything. Absolutely love my new wheels & I will definitely be recommending PVG to anyone looking for good quality/excellence service & will definitely be using them for all future cars.

I recently bought a car from Elliott at PRV. I'd been researching for over 9 months and knew what I wanted, Elliott had one available but unfortunately it looked like it wouldn't be able to work because I had finance pre-arranged with a provider who don't work with PRV. Elliott was proactive and creative coming up with a number of potential solutions and we pursued one together which was equivalent to my existing lender. I wouldn't have thought about this solution, but he found a way to make it work. His aftersales service was exemplary; from staying in touch about the status of the car, the stage in the prep it was up to and sourcing and arranging for an additional key for me. Arguably one of the best sales teams I have dealt with, definitely the best team in the automotive industry I have dealt with. I'll be coming back to them and recommend my friends do the same. Superb.

Excellent service

Honest, reliable & professional are the three words that spring to mind when i think about Premier vehicle group. They were fantastic from the get go. Elliot, Charlotte & Jonny made the process seamless from start to finish & i’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for their ideal car. Thanks guys

Great guys! Fab service and so helpful! It was a pleasure buying a car from this company

Premier vehicle group deliver nothing but great service and even better cars.

From the get go, Jonny was great and showed me lots of different options within my price range. Jonny looked for about 6 months to find my perfect car as I was very fussy about what I wanted. When we found one I was happy with Charlotte helped me through all the finance and delivery options. Her service was exceptional; a genuinely lovely lady!

Absolutely love my new car, and wouldn't hesitate to use PVG again in the future.

The PVL team were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish! Elliot from the team was extremely supportive during the whole process to make sure I could get the best deal for my current vehicle and providing me with lots of options for my new car. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to replace their car.
