The onsite personnel are extremely professional and helpful. However, the upper management are non responsive to problems. I have had multiple problems with my office phone not working. One time I had no telephone service for one month. As an attorney, it is extremely important that my clients are able to contact me. The onsite staff and the building manger were very helpful. However, the upper management could not have cared less. The fact that my elderly clients could not reach me was not a concern to them and them made little to no effort to solve the problem. They also lied to me about what had been done to correct the issue. If it had not been for the manager of my property, the problem would not have been resolved. The other management are worthless and can't be bothered to help their clients. It is a shame that the manager for this property has moved on to better things. He should have been promoted and his boss should have been fired.

I have been here for more than a year and ALL of the staff are still incredible, even after a small change. Britney--welcome! I didn't think anyone could fill Juliette's shoes but you are such a great asset! I don't think there is any workspace offering that is better than Premier!

Business Center Dr location
I have been a client at the Airport Executive Suites for over a year now. Things were wonderful when Anika was the General Manager at this location. She was always so nice and dealt with issues on the spot. She also always had her door open so she was accessible to the clients. This new manager Nima Arzani does not get back in contact with clients. He keeps his door shut and in my opinion, he does not make an effort to connect with his tenants. I ended one of my office contracts while still keeping my second office. It has now been three months and I still have not received my Security Deposit check. I have reached out to him and weeks have gone by with no response. I had to threaten to speak to his supervisor to finally hear anything. I understand if it’s an isolated incidence, but after speaking to other clients and the staff at the location it seems that he does not respond to them either. Bring Anika back!!! I am so thankful for Armondo and Mark still being there. They are always very helpful and have made my experience at that office an overall great one. Thank you two for all that you do for the clients!!!

From the first phone call, everyone I’ve been in contact with from Premier Workspaces has been professional, prompt, friendly, and helpful.
Alina has been especially helpful in answering all my questions, and being proactive to find solutions for what I was looking for. Nancy and Caitlan have also been amazing as well.
Super positive experience, great location, and love the environment.
