I was pleasantly surprised to see such a professional, and modern office space. It’s been a few years since I’ve rented a space on a short term basis. I was initially looking for the day to day type arrangement. I was so glad I went to meet Beth at the 13th street location and was convinced having an actual office of my own was a thousand times better than some of the open semi-private desks that some places offer.
You have every service available that you would in an office leased by a large company. Not only was the Premiere staff professional and available, the Homer building is absolutely wonderful and have excellent staff as well. Every staff person I met was extremely helpful and did a phenomenal job of making me feel welcomed and comfortable and safe. I was there after normal business hours most days and felt completely at ease every time. I was afraid my Zoom classes may disturb the other tenants but my timing probably worked for the best and it seems the walls and spacing keeps noise down very well even when there were a lot of us in.
The kitchen was always sparkling clean and modern. Plenty of coffee choices as I was a huge consumer working late into the night.
Plenty of places to get food nearby and it’s located on top of a metro stop.
I would definitely go back to Premiere, Beth, and the Homer Building location.

This is my first experience with…
This is my first experience with renting an office space.
Regis and Premier Workspaces were the options I looked at.
Overall, Premier Workspaces's Regional Manager, Shawnee, who directed me to her other managed location across from John Wayne Airport and met with Nima were both very friendly and professional.
The last Premier Workspace locations I looked at was off Von Karman and Barranca with Emily M.
Emily was also extremely friendly and professional. She was transparent and communicated with me of the units that would work best for my professional entity 's needs and showed me a handful of private office spaces.
She was able to meet all my professional entity's accommodations and my OCD of certain things.
All in all, my final decision of going with Emily M., her Barranca location's administrative staff, Jennifer & Elaine, the office space itself, location of office space in a great area, feel, security, responsiveness, thoughtfulness and their beautiful souls is the best money investment and sanity investment ever spent.
I will absolutely stay with Emily M. at Premier Workspaces for as long as I can.

Office feedback
The office is in a great location, and the offices are well maintained. I have two offices here now and plan to grow-with the office manager Sarah, and the staff members, Carolina, and Marcos. They have been very helpful and prompt about getting things done in a timely manner. I can’t appreciate them enough. Thank you for a great staff. The only concern I have is the data telephone system, it’s so outdated. I would appreciate a better phone line system.

Best Employee around
I have been using this service since 2016. Sylvia (front desk employee) has given the best Customer Service by far, more than anyone else that has worked their. I also worked at Nordstrom for 10 years, and I can recognize someone who belongs in upper management. Sylvia is the type of person that can only enhance this company in a great way.

Great Staff
We have been a tenant for over 2 years and the office space has always been accomodating and friendly. I want to give a shout-out to Sylvia at the front, she always welcomes our office staff and guests with an inviting introduction and makes their stay very pleasant. It seems there isn't a problem too small or too big for her to help us out with.

I have been in my office space since May of 2021. This building definitely has a professional atmosphere and Lana and Evan have always been helpful and accommodating. I have had clients say they like my office space and location. Very convenient to get to right off I25 and Colorado Blvd, and parking is convenient. I’m thinking my clients would most definitely agree, and I’m very happy with my decision of moving my business here to this location.

Good value, but with co-tenant caveats
Five stars for location, building upkeep, amenities and our wonderful receptionist/manager. Application was also very quick and straightforward. Term flexibility is also a plus.
Just did not get to use my leased unit as often as I had planned due to another tenant using the unit as a nail salon after hours when most other tenants have left. The fumes from the nail chemicals spread through all the vents in the office. Whenever this happens (a few times a week), I have to leave the space prematurely and go to a coffee shop to continue my work since the fumes get quite bad. If it weren't for this, I would have wanted to extend my lease indefinitely. I think instances like this could be ameliorated/avoided in the future with periodic unit inspections or with a more thorough background check of necessary tenant licenses and practice permits during application.
Overall good value, but for future tenants, try and see the space after normal office hours to get a good feel of it and your future co-tenants before signing a lease.
