Update: they were able to replace the washer the next day to ensure it was installed correctly.

Not only were we charged higher than stated, we also had no update of when the washer and dryer would arrive, and most of all it completely flooded the apartment the first time we ran the washer. No number to call to help as this is happening. Just a “we’ll get back to you.” Clearly very cheap and used washers and dryers.

I found Premium Appliance Rentals online and immediately decided to go with the company for my washer & dryer rental. The unit was reasonably priced, and the service was very efficient. I highly recommend.

William knew a lot about the appliances and was good enough to share some tips of use as well. I also really appreciate them wearing masks during this difficult Covid 19 time we are all facing, it made me more at ease. Randomly came across Premium Appliance Rentals, & I’m glad I did. They responded fast and delivered fast. I had an issue with a washer and Will replaced it with a better washer & I have no complaints. I would recommend their business to anyone who wants to rent appliances with great people.

In my 30+ years of dealing with customer service, never have I come across someone like William and his business. Not only is this job difficult, but exhausting. Yet William takes time and care to not destroy walls or furniture or the equipment he’s delivering. His level of service is impeccable over the phone to the delivery. The machines are clean and huge! The time is taken to make sure everything works properly and you are a happy customer. I highly recommend anyone who needs appliances to give William a call!
