Company were professional and honest and Jason was very thorough but fair in his examination of the car and was a pleasure to deal with and was an impressive representative of his company

SCAMMERS! They offer you a price based on no information other than reg and mileage. They call to confirm the price (after sending photos and answering their questions etc.) and arrange an appointment. Then they call the day before the appointment and reduce their offer - in my case by £1,000 because the market price had decreased by that amount in 48 hours!!! There is a lot of feedback that shows this is common tactic they use. You will see that they respond to negative reviews with a generic text to try and defend their scammer tactics. AVOID.

Wayne and Ian were proffessional and open as they undertook the appraisal of the car. Overall a good expericience.

I was met by Abs at in Tunbridge and he took a lot of time inspecting the vehicle and explained the process. I was impressed by his attitude and personable approach.

I got a good price. I got looked after well and they were honest about my car. I liked the idea that they care about what the sell on and look after their stock. They even gave me a lift home. Fantastic service and they paid me more than their competitors.

Ellie in the Office was excellent as was Wayne who came to collect the car. Unfortunately, after 2 hours of appraising and test driving the car (as new, 18 months old, 4,600 miles ) there was an issue with the office and it transpired the Dealer who was buying the car from PCBS pulled out. After numerous calls and delays they agreed to purchase the car for their own stock at £1500 less than agreed - I declined this offer on principal. Be mindful of this if asking them to buy your car.

The process was so quick and easy. it just felt seamless. Amazing customer service from Abs, we literally spoke last night and he bought my golf R the very next morning. What A GUY!

These guys work ridiculously quick. Comms the whole time was top notch and the guys that came out were friendly and professional.

Really spent some time doing detailed checks and test drive, found a few defects that I wouldn’t say were as big as they made out, but due to them knocked me down on price. So be prepared that as transparent as you think you’ve been, they will still try and drive a hard bargain on your car. I’d advise going over your own car with a fine tooth comb and sending them EVERYTHING up front.

The defects they flagged were genuinely minor things I’d never have noticed but they used them to negotiate the price down beyond what I feel it would cost to repair, so just be prepared for that.

For transparency, their initial price was £21,500 but final offer was £19,850 based on an additional 2 incredibly small dents on the folds of 2 doors, and a scuffed aluminium fog light surround.

Overall, I would probably use them again purely for the convenience and speed of the whole thing. We agreed on the knocked down price and had the money within 15 minutes whilst standing on the drive.

Ash and Alan turned up on time, vehicle checked over well and price was paid into the account quickly with no hassle.

The lads (Jason & Alan) were very good, they explained the process and made the transaction very easy. Whilst we wasn't 100% happy with the original price, they worked with us to get a better price were both parties were happy.

Abs was a real gentleman and his team were all fantastic right through the whole process. I would certainly recommend them and use them again the service was all very professional.
