Hi Nadia. We never received an email from you or we would definitely have responded. The only email we received was the one asking us to change the name of the recipient on the order. When I looked up the status of your shipment, USPS shows the message "We could not access the delivery location to deliver your package at 4:15 pm on June 26, 2026 in AUSTIN, TX 78##4. We will redeliver on the next delivery day. No action needed." Please contact USPS with your tracking number to arrange for pick-up or an alternate delivery address, as it has not yet been shipped back to us. You can email us at info@premiumejuice.com if you require the tracking number.
