I'm really sorry to hear that, CJ. Please reach out to let us know which eJuice you bought, as we don't want to be selling products that are not of the highest quality. Please also let us know a little bit more about the issue you experienced. While we do not make the eJuice we sell, we take the quality of the products we sell very seriously and want to know when one of the brands or flavours is not living up to that standard. Kindest regards, Stuart

Thank you for your feedback Xiaowan. At least the things that you had an issue with have nothing to do with our performance, and everything to do with the courier and the flavour of eJuice selected. Thank you for your continued support :) All the best, Stuart

Hi Jake. It is definitely legal for us to sell American eJuice in Canada, and we are definitely able to ship American eJuice into the USA. We have not had a single shipment of Canadian or US made eJuice to the US get seized at the border. I'm not sure where you are receiving your information from, but you are incorrect about current Canadian vape regulations. We simply state that if a shipment gets seized by customs entering another country that we ship to, that it is the buyers responsibility to know their own regulations and laws and will be financially responsible for the seizure. You have a choice where you shop, but you don't need to fear monger within our reviews.
Late arrival always
Despite placing the order early in the morning (EST), always shipped only the following day. Shipping costs are also higher than competitors.

Hi Anj. I wasn't able to find an order under your name, however, I'm sad to hear that you weren't happy with our order processing times and shipping prices. It's stated in many places on our website and in our order confirmation email that orders ship the following business day. Our shipping costs are also one of the lowest around at only $4.99 flat rate anywhere in Canada. Kindest regards, Stuart

Hi Christopher. I sincerely apologize for the delays that we have experienced with shipping orders this week. I don't want to make excuses for our poor performance; however, the Thanksgiving holiday started the week with a large backlog of orders, and then one of our largest distributors ran out of federal excise stamps. They were supposed to arrive today, but the Brinks truck broke down, forcing the delivery to tomorrow. Another one of our largest distributors didn't ship our order out yesterday as they were supposed to, and so we were missing a lot of new product that was intended to go out today to customers. The one shipment we did get today arrived after 4 pm, which basically made it impossible to include in today's shipments. It's just one of those weeks. As you can see, we had a lot working against us this week, and I hope you can forgive the delay on this order. We work hard to ship orders out quickly; however, it isn't always possible due to other factors outside of our control. All the best, Stuart
