I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Premium Number Plates.

I placed my order because the website states that its number plates meet UK government requirements and standards. Based on those claims, I reasonably believed I was purchasing a road-legal product.

My order confirmation and receipt clearly state that I purchased a Standard UK Motorcycle Number Plate. They do not state anywhere that I purchased a "show plate." When I questioned this, the company simply replied that customers have a choice on the website and that they only manufacture what the customer selects.

If their records indicate that I ordered a show plate, I asked them to provide evidence showing exactly where I selected that option during the ordering process. Instead, they continued to insist that they had simply produced what I ordered without providing any proof.

I find this response extremely disappointing. If a customer is ordering from a website that advertises its plates as meeting UK standards, it should be made absolutely clear when an order will result in a show plate rather than a road-legal plate. My receipt describing the product as a Standard UK Motorcycle Number Plate only reinforced my understanding that I was purchasing a compliant, road-legal plate.

I requested either a replacement plate that complies with UK legal requirements or a full refund, but the company refused to take responsibility or offer a satisfactory resolution.

Poor customer service and no willingness to resolve what I believe is a misleading situation. I would advise anyone considering ordering from this company to read everything very carefully and keep copies of all documentation before making a purchase.
I do not recommend them money wasted .

Found premium plates online after no success elsewhere and glad i did as the quality is second to none also communications and fast delivery will have me going nowhere else for my plates highly recommend👏 ...thanks

Great service, good communication and next day delivery as paid for.

I ordered a plate for my car with the same day premium priced plan on offer. The plate was shown as despatched the same day but was never given to the courier as proved by the tracking. After emailing and being told that it was the couriers fault and to check my tracking which still showed it hadn't been given to the courier, I was then told they don't offer a next day service even though their website advertises it. After four days I asked for my money back which was refused. I then informed the company i would proceed with a claims court case against them to claim my money..... guess what, the plate was then despatched (with the same tracking number). Avoid this company, full of lies and excuses. They can't provide the service they advertise. As a note, this was before the heatwave before they use this as yet another excuse
