Placed an order on Thursday. PAID £9.99 for next day delivery which is a joke. Now Monday evening and Evri still don’t have the Parcel. (I haven’t even received a dispatch email still I had to talk to their online bot). So might even be the wrong tracking number lol.

They claim next day delivery on orders placed before 5pm. I ordered at 1:32pm….

Been trying to contact this company since Friday and no reply.

Not very good at all considering I paid nearly £50 for 2 plates….

Avoid at all costs! Only received my plate today, 2 months after ordering and having to open a case with my bank. Ironically, I paid for priority delivery too! Absolute cowboys!!

I recently placed an order with Premium Plates and after reading these reviews I did have concerns and tried to call the company.

I didn't manage to make contact on the phone or email with the company but in fairness recieved the plates I ordered only 24 hours later than I had hoped to.

The quality is very good, all recieved nicely packaged and professionally presented so in essence would now use this company again without concern.

Think if they could improve the negative comments they could be a very well respected and successful business.

SCAM - avoid

They sent me incorrect illegal plates, not as I’d ordered, and when contacted about they don’t want to know. Avoid them at all costs.

I ordered standard number plates. They arrived without the road legal BS AU 145e stamped on the plates. I contacted Premium Plates who advised me that I had ordered show plates, which don’t require BS AU 145e.
I challenged Premium Plates and provided them with proof that I ordered standard plates, and have emailed them several times and have been ignored.
I have also tried to call them, but they never answer, and never return my calls!

I’ve learned the hard way to start checking trustpilot before ordering things in future, I ordered 2 retro plates over the weekend, after spending the day trying to call them and getting no response, I still have no idea if my order is being dispatched or not. UPDATE: I’ve had emails from their “sales department” saying they’re dispatched. Evri doesn’t have them and they refuse to refund after they are “dispatched”. So I disputed with my bank through the app and got a full refund without even speaking to them. Tells me they have dealt with these mugs before. Dirty bottom feeders, out for your money. As if this process wasn’t long enough already

Pair of plates arrived within the specified time, but there was a blemish on the rear plate. Emailed and received AI response, then nothing. Started PayPal claim for a refund, although I would have accepted a new rear plate. From the mixed reviews, if you decide to use this company, use PayPal.

This company is a scam. I order my plates on a premium service and paid for the extra fee to speed the process up - the company held onto my money for over a week without and confirmation the order was shipped even though it was supposed to be delivered within 1-2days. DO NOT USE.

DO NOT USE, I ordered my plates using there website, when they arrived they were incorrect, I emailed to inform them of there mistake!

They were completely unhelpful and refused to correct the order and now they are ignoring me, very unprofessional!

They send no detailed confirmation of your order which leaves you with no way of proving your case!

Please use anyone but this company, complete waste of your money

Ordered plates from this company, states on website ''All options are road legal' Recieved plates without Postcode or BS stamp apparently I had not changed their default setting of 'Custom Plate' in spite of being told by the same company at the weekend that i had order Road legal plates.Be very careful their aim is to get your money and that alone. Never again.

Plate came quickly but had damage making it not fit for purpose. Two phone calls (messages left) and two emails trying to resolve the issue. Nothing. Uncontactable. Use with caution.

Be very careful when ordering from this business or better still do not trust them to follow propper and legal procedures. I ordered a set of plates, paid for them along with the extra charge for fast delivery and I received the plates 48 hours later and initially was very pleased with the service. some 10 days later I received a second set of the same plates and when I checked my credit card account this second set had been charged at exactly the same amount as the original order. Obviously I didn't want a second set of plates, why would I, so I have been trying to make contact with the company requesting that they explain how this has happened and to make things right and refund the second payment which I believe thy have claimed illegally. There has been absolutly no response to any of the emails I have sent during the last 10 days. I would certainly not recommend this company and reading some of their other reviews I would strongly suggest you seek an alternative supplier.

DO NOT order from these scammers. Take your money , don’t send goods and uncontactable !

Top rate service and product. An error in my order was quickly and efficiently rectified and delivered promptly. Would use again without hesitation.

Wished I'd read the reviews first didn't receive my plates sent numerous emails no reply and tried phoning but you don't get to speak to a person just a message to go to their website now I'm trying to get a refund through my bank which will take at least 45 days.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Happy to take your money and then when (not if!) you have a problem, they do not want to know.
Each time I have tried to contact them about an incorrect order, I am greeted by silence, they are not in the least bit interested.
Heed the warnings in the reviews, there are simply too many reports of bad experiences for you to ignore. Don't go near them, they do not deserve to be paid with your hard earned cash, they actually deserve to go out of business. There are far better professional businesses out there - I wish I had used one of them!

This company delights 63% and disappoints 30%... Surreal. You really roll the dice when you order with this lot...

Some reviews say that they are scammers I suspect they're organisationally incompetent.

I ordered plates 3.5 weeks ago. When the order didn't move for a week I called, emailed, submitted webform. No response.

Eventually started the process to dispute transaction, then suddenly after 3 weeks the order updated and they arrived today.

The plates are exactly as ordered, but if I'd ordered elsewhere I wouldn't know what to do with them. infuriating experience.

Order placed on 29th March, no reply. Luckily I paid on PayPal so I filed for a refund and got it straightaway. Never ordering from them and I suggest you do not either

Ticked Road Legal and was sent plates that were not. No replies to my emails asking for this to be rectified.

Sent out wrong size plate and don’t respond to emails or phone calls
