Brilliant service in every way, polite, helpful, great timing superb craftmanship, so lucky we found them.
We were looking to replace an expensive granite worktop which had stained, chipped and the silicon joints were revolting. Talking to Alex, we got great advice, and ordered Hi-Macs. From selection, template and fitting everything went brilliantly. There are no visible joins , there is curved coving between worksurface and upstand which are incredible. We chose a top mounted sink. This combination is quite simply the best for function looks, simplicity and cleaning.
Thank you Richard, Alex, Sam and Andy you were superb. If we sent Christmas cards you'd be on our list.

Incredible service! We had our worktops installed yesterday and they are beautiful. We have been thoroughly impressed by the whole process with Premium worktops, when we initially enquired the team were really helpful and sent out samples promptly, and when I asked for they got back to me really quickly with a great price. Communication has been great keeping us updated on all stages of the process. We are so pleased with the finished product, the fitters did an outstanding job. Would thoroughly recommended premium worktops to anyone wanting a high end finish for a reasonable price 😊

Bought a worktop in Corian made to size for a utility room. Had to be finished on one side and frame needed to be precisely placed.
Fitted it yesterday. PERFECT FIT!

Premium worktops turned our utility room from a basic utility into a room with a wow factor. High quality worktops and high quality installation meant that we received great value for money. Attention to detail was a high priority and there were no delays. They delivered all that was promised and we are really happy with the results.

Was a little apprehensive about buying a worktop on line because couldn’t see it in situ or know there was a shop on hand to go to in case anything went wrong at any stage. Could not have been more wrong. The initial contact from Alex was remarkably swift and there was constant communication over the weeks it took for me to make up my mind from a raft of samples they sent, and all options were costed in detailed quotes. Alex was always on hand to answer and deal with little technical questions speedily. The contractor sent to template was very thorough ( and suggested a better way of fitting than we had previously which has made the finished job look amazing). The fitters were equally good. The company have religiously stuck to all promised timescales and costs and it has been a slick and professional service throughout. Our thanks.

Premium Worktops were an absolute pleasure to order from. From quote to delivery and installation (we ordered a worktop and sink), always professional and friendly. Can't rate them enough.

I have ordered a worktop, splash back and sink, On the beginning I was worried the way company works, they asking for 25% payment before taking measurements then other 75% after. Then after paying 100% you have to wait for materials and people to install.
Today was the installation day which I have to say that the service was fantastic, starting from Richard Lloyd, he organised all the work very professional and punctual. The guys took the measurements and done the installation where very polite and kind, they done their job on a high stand. Thank you to everyone that was involved and I’ll definitely use them again and pass they contact to my friends, colleagues

Fantastic service and worth every penny !!!

I unequivocally recommend Premium Worktops Direct. From my early scoping, through the number of changes I made, to having my work surface fitted today the team were on point throughout. Richard gave great advice, brilliant prices, realistic timelines and demonstrated a great deal of patience. There was no hard sell - the products they supply do all the hard sell.

As background, I have just had a 30 square meter single story wrap around extension built but I reutilised a two year old kitchen I had fitted. I wanted a work surface to match the new kitchen.

Through a bit of online research I found Premium Worktops. After a few introductory calls and I knew I had the right firm. Unfortunately my kitchen fitter let me down so I had to rearrange my initial sizing on three occasions. This was not a problem to Premium Worktops. They took it in their stride - for me it was a drama for the Premium Team it was nothing but a speed bump.

On my fitting day an engineer arrived exactly on time and took all the dimensions. The plan was extremely detailed and, once I saw the result, I can now see why.

A week later, and with luck, my appointment for fitting was brought forward by 24 hours. Two fitters arrived and got straight to work. They were extremely polite, 100% professional and were straight on the job. The outcome was far, far better than I expected. The cost was right, the service was exemplary and the outcome worth twice the price.

The best service you could imagine!!! From start to finish, someone was always on hand to answer questions, provide quotes and work with you and your project to make it special. A special shout out to Alex - you really have been a fantastic support. THANK YOU!!!!!

The service from Richard and all the team at Premium Worktops was excellent from the start to finish. Responsive communications, good advice, clear on pricing, flexible on getting dates in and really fast and professional service for templating and fitting. They kept us up to date throughout the process and helped with all questions along the way. The worktops also look beautiful now installed, the fitting team did a great job. All round 5 star and would highly recommend.

A well known company let me down and I found this company on Google. What a find. Richard at the office was so helpful and gave me such great advice. When Chris came and templated the surfaces up he recommended a few pointers which were invaluable. On the day of fitting I was indisposed , so Chris could fit the top as he wanted my opining on the adjustment that were require. Richard re-arranged and managed to fit me in before Christmas. Fantastic team effort.
The worktops are fantastic, the whole team from invoicing to fitting go that extra mile. These type of companies are a rare thing these days, they pride themselves on the customer experience and install not just bish bash bosh.

Highly recommend. Corian supplier in London let us down. Richard was on the ball. Did what said they would do, when they said it would be done. Very well planned. Great communication. Template guys were in and out and 10 days later our fantastic worktops installed before Christmas.
