It’s a scam! DON’T BUY FROM THIS SITE !! Items are of very poor quality and when you try to return it for a refund it will not allow you to even though it is clearly stated on their website that a return is possible within 14 days in it’s original packaging. They refuse to send you the return address.

Was the absolute worse movie ever seen in my life weak acting no storyline ,talked in cir les will never get that time back from my life.what a waste of film.

I wish I had seen the other reviews before I made a purchase.
No contact from the company.
My order was accepted, I paid, but a refund was issued before the money was debited from my account.
No communication whatsoever.
No replies to messages sent by email or via their Facebook page.
Frankly that is just rude!
And very disappointing!
Buyer beware - beware because you won’t receive what you order and you won’t even get an explanation!

Same experience, I ordered 2 Jellycat toys on November 10 2021, they didn’t arrive. Tried ringing but couldn’t get through, no response to my email. I want my money back.

I have no idea how this company is still advertising that they exist. I order 4 Jellycat toys for my children for xmas. After ringing each time message said mail box was full and I could not leave a message - emailed for weeks and never got a response. So started to look on line and found all the bad reviews which I had looked first as would never have ordered with them. What do we need to do to get it removed off the net. Has anyone received an order from them over xmas and to date?
I am so angry as had to at last minute try and buy the same toys again.

Terrible company. We haven't received any refund from the items we order for over 2 months now!

Sadly the order for two Jellycat rabbit soother blankets that I placed on 9th December has not been received, my email not responded to and the phone diverts to voicemail but the message box is full.
No dispatch date given and now too late to gift. I have emailed requesting a full refund.
If you are reading this at Presence, Please cancel order 100007135 and issue an immediate refund back to the account that you so promptly took payment from, thankyou.
19/01/22 update: email received from Presence (after I contacted my bank for assistance 10/01/22) informing me that a refund would be made as unable to fulfill order due to serious family illness. Refund has now been received.

Further to my last review, voice mail box full no emails answered and no deliveries. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Placed order on 03/12/21 no email as promised to say it’s been shipped, no sign of my order, no answer to emails & unable to leave a voicemail as it says mailbox is full - probably with loads of complaints looking at others experiences!! Awful customer service and will have a very disappointed daughter on Christmas Day I think!

Ordered from this company before reading the reviews - big mistake! My order and payment was taken but no delivery or answers to my emails.
I checked on Companies House and found that this company was struck off and dissolved on 20th October this year. So I opened a case through PayPal, which I’m pleased to say I won and was refunded quickly and without further hassle. Be warned.

I made an order with this company which has not been fulfilled. I have tried to contact them by phone and email with no response. I’m unsure if the company is even operating but it’s an awful service if they are.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my item. I also cannot get hold of them by phone or email.

I placed 4 orders a week ago on their website, totalling £1,078. Since placing the orders I have made numerous attempts almost every day and multiple times a day to get in touch with the company (leaving voicemails, using their enquiry form, sending emails etc.) to find out what the situation with the orders is as there have been no updates on shipping whatsoever. Not once have I heard back from any representative of the company.

If somebody from the company can finally get in touch with us about our orders and provide us with an ETA & shipment tracking numbers then that'd be much appreciated. In turn, I will withdraw this review, but so far the service has been non-existent and I have failed at every hurdle to reach anyone since placing the orders. It's been a week now and I'm becoming concerned at the lack of communication/ action.

I’m beginning to think this company is a scam, ordered online still not received item and tried calling and emailing plenty of times and no response.

£200 bakeware order & 10 days later NOTHING, no email to update. Emailed to ask what's going on. Lady rang me with 'only have half the order in stock.' Well their website said the items were 'in stock' When I politely pointed this out she got stroppy & said she was canceling the order. Appalling customer service & appalling attitude to a new customer. AVOID - there are so many companies on the internet to deal with now, with much better service.
