Order an item it turned up it was broken. They said send a picture. Send an invoice which Iâve done. They said they were sending a new product never showed up.

I never received my order. they tracked it and said it showed as delivered and signed for. I asked for proof of signature and never received that as well. "ellen" stated she would reship and let me know when they did and that was in august. I emailed her 4 times since that email and no response. I don't like to write bad reviews but I really wanted the item. now I would like my money back but of course again no responses

She kept saying it's on the way, it cleared customs, it's at the distributors, it's on back order. Bull and bull after bull excuses. I work paycheck to paycheck. SCAMMERS be aware. The company sends you false tracking information from China Post and then stall you with false information again claiming the parcel has gone missing and they will send another parcel out but the parcel they send is imaginary.

Ordered a card shuffler on April 22, 2025. Silly me, I thought I was buying a productânot signing up for a months-long gaslighting experience with âEllenâ from customer support.
By May 28, I noticed the item was apparently on a scenic cruise from China, something conveniently not mentioned when I ordered. I reached out to ask where it was, and Ellen cheerfully assured me it had been delivered. Uh⊠no. It hadnât. Thus began a two-month spiral of delusion, where every email was some variation of, âIt was delivered!â, and my reply was some version of, âNo, it really, really wasnât.â
I asked for a refund or a replacementâyou know, what normal companies do when a customer doesnât get the thing they paid for. Instead, Ellen told me to check my garden. Yes. My garden. For a package that supposedly arrived two months ago. (Brb, gonna go dig up my tomato bed and see if it sprouted a card shuffler.)
Luckily, I used PayPal, which meant I could hit the "stop the madness" button and get a refund in under an hour.
Moral of the story? This is just another bottom-tier dropshipper with cut-and-paste support and zero accountability. If you like spending your free time arguing with imaginary deliveries and treasure-hunting in your shrubbery, go for it. Otherwise, run.

Absolutely terrible customer service ! I have ordered multiple products , 2 were defective - one I was able to fix - the other I requested and was promised by Isabella on 04/19/2025 that a replacement shipped - It did not - I was lied to in the hopes I would go away- All I request is what I paid for - A working product and/or replacement. Many e mails later - no more responses , no product - Do not buy from this company they are not reputable. 7 months now and Im still not made whole by this company - Absolutely terrible !

Shipping, which took 24 days, was poor⊠and there was tape on the boxes inside so besides being crushed, the tape tore the boxes. I ordered 4 bottles and one came without a box. I wanted to give ans gifts so I needed the boxes. I immediately contacted the company but never heard back⊠I attempted to contact them three times. I should have ordered from Amazon instead of directly from the company.
I am also sorry I didnât check trustpilot first.

Fraudulent company. 0 star. I ordered the oil dispenser and the vegetable cutter, the oil dispenser doesn't even work and the vegetable is very poor quality pieces not holding together. Wrote to the company 2 weeks ago and they never answered.

Weeks later I get an email saying it is being shipped. I email again to cancel. No reply. Get the product 3 weeks later and try and return no reply for a week. Then asked why, I answer and no reply for another week. Then told I have to pay shipping.
