My order arrived in a couple of days - was exactly what I wanted

ordered pen for clevertouch, they telephoned to say there had been a change in the pen just to make sure I was getting the right one. Arrived within a couple of days

Having supplied us with a standalone projector previously, I contacted Presentation Media for their opinion in setting up a room for projection. Julie Mooney was my contact who is first class in Presentation knowledge and came up with numerous options. We went for a ceiling mounted projector & automated screen installation which was installed by Jon (engineer). Jon's installation was done to a very high standard and this coupled with the knowledge from Julie would make me recommend Presentation Media to anyone needing this service. They are lovely people and a great company.

So impressed with Presentation Media, needed a branded lectern in a real rush and they were so helpful and accommodating. Lectern looks awesome, we will certainly be using their services in future and I would recommend this company to anyone!

Great customer service and received the product the very next day(rather than 2-3 days). I received an email from the team to let me know the item had been dispatched and they ensured it arrived to the right place (not an easy task on a 60 acre site!). Well done and keep up the great service :-)

I wanted two custom notice boards and emailed Presentation Media for a price. This was returned to me very promptly and very clearly. Subsequent email querying details were also answered quickly. I had said in a phone call that it would be very helpful if the boards could go straight to our Village Hall (or I could see us having to carry them through the length of the village from my house!). No promises were made, but on the day we got a call from the delivery driver, and my husband was able to go down the hall and have them put straight where we want them. I can't comment on the boards themselves yet, as they are still to be put up and used, but the level of service was very good.
