Quick good professional service on my lap top
Would use again and recommend to others

I no longer want to throw my PC out of the window! I was having problems with everything running really slowly. Mark diagnosed the problem and sorted it out really promtly. Great value for money too. Definiately recommend.

There was a prompt home visit, He was very professional and friendly. He explained what work was required to be done on my computer, notebook and printer. He explained everything to someone who lacks confidence in technology. He worked very efficiently and I was very satisfied.

My computer wouldn’t turn on following an update and I was concerned. Mark was brilliant. He came out to my home the next day, was very friendly and extremely patient, and explained everything clearly whilst he fixed it. He’s very knowledgeable and he charged a very fair price for the work.

Excellent friendly and knowledgeable service from Mark. If you're lucky enough to live in the area he covers then this is the guy you want for custom PCs, upgrades, etc.

I was put in touch with Mark at Marks Micros by another one of his customers who had benefited from his services and had recommended him to me. My old Lenovo laptop had stopped working and I was trying to find someone, other than one of the larger local business, who could diagnose the problem and advise of the likely cost of repair. I called Mark and described the nature of the problem and what I had already done in an attempt to rectify it. Mark gave me his frank and honest opinion which was that, in consideration of the age and specifications of the old laptop, the best course of action would be to replace it rather than to invest money in trying to keep it alive. He informed me that, rather than replace the laptop with a brand new model, he had access to a range of previously owned laptops via his relationship with a well renowned manufacturer. I asked him to provide details of specifications, cost, age and what I might expect as to the overall condition of a previously used laptop. I was satisfied with the answers and placed an order. I am absolutely delighted with what was supplied at the cost. From a cosmetic perspective, the laptop is barely distinguishable from new. Mark delivered it himself and spent time installing a new Windows 11 operating system and various other apps to ensure everything was working both to my and his satisfaction. He also provides his own 1 year warranty. I highly commend his services to anyone who, like me, is seeking a one to one service.

Constant , clear, communication throughout. Cleaned the fans whilst doing the repair. Every thing shown and explained. Done within an hour. Mark was nice to talk to and thorough.

My old Laptop was having a dicky-fit that Mark could not sort out, it had very serious hardware issues. At my request he supplied me with a refurbished Dell Laptop and cloned my old Laptops hard drive. Everything was exactly as originally on my previous laptop, even the icons on my home page. This saved me a lot of fiddling and time in loading apps etc I required. The new one works so much faster and smoother. I would recommend Mark to anyone who needs assistance.

Mark set up my new windows 11 laptop and transferred the data from windows 10 laptop was a bit apprehensive about changing but Mark showed me how to use the system.was very happy with the service he provided.

I'd like to thank Mark for the upgrade to my HP pavilion all in one widows computer. He cloned the SSD drive and replaced it with a larger one so windows is now updating. He is very informative and let's you know what he is doing and what I could do for myself in future upgrades, not like some engineers whom can be quite secretive.
