Matthew from Pressable was simply incredible. He worked with me all day to locate and resolve a load speed issue on my website. He was incredibly kind and insightful. I can not recommend him and the team at Pressable enough.

Quick response even in off timing or weekend.

Frustratingly slow admin interface.
Confusing integration with Automattic for Agencies.
Friendly support, but too often they misunderstand the technical details of the requests.

Helpful APM insights and caching.
However, the caching documentation and insights could be better.

I have been utilizing managed dedicated server hosting for over 10 years, and recently migrated all of our client websites to InMotion hosting. For one of our clients, WooCommerce is utilized for sales/distribution of one-time-use digital license keys. We chose to migrate this client to Pressable to learn more about Pressable while ensuring uptime. The Pressable team managed the site migration, testing, updating to php 8.x, and ensuring all WooCommerce orders were synchronized at the moment of Take Live. I'm happy to report the site has not been offline at all, support has been great, website speed is as advertised, and all systems are optimal!

Selektin atributs is not easy. There is no aply in selection. To group them and change the value I need. Export import is very halpful, I am a beginer. When I finish creating the page, I can tell more. But I am very happy that pages like yours exist. Thankyou

Pressable has exceeded my expecations on many occasions. It's rare to have the level of support and consistent service with a hosting company. Their support and willingness to resolve issues feel like they are a member of our team. We've used them on many projects and will continue to recommend them for all of our WordPress projects.

Pressable is the only option for anyone serious about hosting Wordpress. I used to hate the idea of managed Wordpress because so many other providers did it wrong. I represent the Wodobo team and we'd gotten used to cPanel, which was great for a lot of reasons, but we couldn't stay with it because our agency got too big and we needed a solution that would not only allow us to scale, but that would allow each of our client sites to thrive.

Pressable's support team is phenomenal and they're always showing up in huge ways delivering the help I need super fast and teaching me along the way.

I've honestly never had this level of support both from the hosting architecture and support in my 10 years of being in business.

We've had a few that really excelled, but Pressable is so far beyond any of those solutions that it's hard think of how we got along without them.

The hosting product is quality and has great features, one of which is direct access to WordPress. The customer service is truly super. Outstanding is the best word. Available 24/7, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Above and beyond the norm even. These days, so many companies, especially online companies, have terrible customer service. Sometimes these other companies don't even have a customer service option - it is called 'sales'. When at all possible, I leave companies who do terrible customer service. Pressable is not like that. Pressable's customer service folks are (and bot is) available. (Thank you) Every single customer service actual person has been very helpful and courteous. (Thank you) And frankly, your service bot does a very good job. I have found the people to be even better, but your bot is courteous, will give multiple possibilities if one thing doesn't work and offer a person. I tell whoever might be interested about Pressable. May this fantastic service and quality product continue!

I switched from Hostinger to pressable for speed and being a Wordpress specific host, however the benefit so far wasn’t enough to worth the move… let’s see with time if that changes…

We switched to Pressable recently. I am very impressed by their technical support. Live agents are easy to reach via chat 24-7, and they are very knowledgeable. Thanks to Pressable, I don't have to wait for my web designer to fix issues. I also like their reports and their integration with WordPress, which makes it easy to manage and access our websites from one page.

Super easy and fully functional and love this to use for really long time!

I switched to Pressable from another WordPress provider that no longer offered blog hosting. The migration and setup activities, even the DNS transfer instructions, were easy and largely hands-off. The hosting so far seems rock solid. Looking forward to a great long term experience with Pressable.
