Great VFM and awesome support
The support is really unmatched. Very impressive service to migrate the website and the techs are always on-hand and actually hands-on with the process. Speed is good and it has been reliable. We were paying a lot to Amazon but this is much better value for improved speed too.

The best hosting for WordPress
Migration was super easy. Platform is very fast and easy to use. Integration with GitHub was a killer feature I didn't know I needed. Awesome JetPack add-ins, backups are quick and easy. Everything has been simple and easy!

Itâs really hard to getting fast website on Pressable. Donât get me wrong, tech team doing their best. But the Batcache gonna broke after anything. Iâve cloud server with Memcached before switched to Pressable and I havenât any performance issues. We canât find a solution because itâs impossible to get better server specs from Pressable.

If you're committed to WooCommerce, Pressable is it
Great user experience, features abound, although I would have gladly traded some features for a lower price. Considering other WP hosting providers are near $5/month, Pressable is a premium service. The Jetpack issue was a bit frustrating as well. Customers have to contact Jetpack support in order to gain access to the CRM and other features. I canceled only because we made the switch to Shopify. Pressable is great, Woocommerce not so much.

Beyond awful and a change of goalposts
Have a couple of sites on there at the moment, and have only just started to have issues due to them deciding to change the goalposts and aggressively limit our requests. Very poor. Client has lost sales due to this, despite it being fine for months. They wont entertain sorting it. Their support are beyond awful.
Edit- given their response, itâs worth clarifying a few points. They did try to help, however made assumptions about a site they clearly knew nothing about, talking down to a team of developers that built what we had built. How they could suggest changes knowing nothing about the site is beyond me. The goalposts had moved; the site had been operating fine for over a month with the same code base- then suddenly they limited what we were able to do. We werenât aggressive; we were frustrated with their inability to deal with the facts we were putting in front of them, and their strange comments about changing parts of our code. Since moving to another provider, the system is once again stable.

When you began encountering issues, we evaluated your site and found the source of your issues for you, identifying it to the specific code set and providing guidance on what to change. We even went out of support scope to provide a code example that could be implemented to fix the issue. You were rather aggressive with our team, but we remained steadfast in our attempts to assist you and help you get your site working. No "goalposts" were changed at any time.
Our approach is to help address issues so a site can operate and scale properly, not throw unneeded resources at the site and ask customers to pay more when not needed. To this point, you stated that you refused to work on implementing the changes that we provided.
We hope you find a solution for your hosting that serves your needs. We also hope you'll reconsider this review, as our team went above and beyond to help you. Thank you.

I transferred our site from another hosting company, and this required some refunds, etc. The Pressable support staff responded and resolved things immediately and courteously.

Moved to Pressable after 11 years as a P1 customer at WpEngine
Having been a P1 customer at WPEngine for 11 years I was nervous about moving hosts - the time the migrations would take, the performance of my sites after the move etc. But, I shouldn't have been. The Pressable Migration Tool made it light work. My sites range from less than 100 pages to one that has circa 2000 pages and is very image heavy, but they have all moved over with no problems. Perfomance wise, I am either getting the same or improved GTmetrix scores and I am not paying anywhere near as much per month. I had to reach out to support a couple of times, they have been really quick to respond and solved my query quickly. I didn't use WPEngine support much, but I feel this is an area where Pressable has the edge in waiting time and fuller response leading to quicker solution. So far, really pleased with my move to Pressable.
