Prestige Watches UK レビュー

Have taken my very precious watch to Marcelo before and he and his team serviced and repaired my watch and I was very pleased with the result. Rather stupidly I left the crown open whilst swimming recently and as a result ended up with moisture ingress. Marcelo and his team replaced seals and did a mini service. I am so pleased with the result. Thank you to Marcelo and the team. The watch was a present from my father shortly before he died and so is very precious. I can thoroughly recommend his services.

Marcelo was super helpful, watch was as described and delivery very efficient. All in all a very smooth transaction.

I approached Marcelo to handle the sale of my Rolex and he offered an excellent service from start to finish. Communication was clear throughout, with honest and realistic advice on pricing and timescales. I was kept updated on all offers and felt fully informed at every stage. He also arranged the servicing and polishing of the watch, making the entire process seamless. Professional, trustworthy, and completely upfront, he took all the hassle and stress out of selling and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Thoroughly recommend ✨

Excellent service from Marcelo on my Omega. Communication was fantastic throughout and the watch was returned beautifully packaged and looking great. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using Marcelo again for servicing my other watches. Highly recommended!

I found myself needing to change and service my late father’s Rolex watch. I didn’t just want anyone to undertake the work because it’s become very precious to me. I contacted Marcelo at Prestige Watches who went over all the details confirming what he would do and how much it would all cost. I sent the watch to him and he confirmed receipt with out any problems. The work was under taken to a very high standard with total care. I would have no problem recommending Marcelo to anyone who wants both care and trust from start to finish.
Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thank you 🙏

I had a couple of classic Omega’s that needed some TLC. Marcelo was honest, efficient and an all round great guy. Would definitely recommend.

I can't thank Marcelo at Pristige watches enough, he has gone above and beyond with helping of the sale of my Rolex watch. From keeping me informed with progress and reviews. I will not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone wishing to pass on or buy a new timepiece. Karen watker.

My experience with Marcelo (Prestige Watches) has been excellent. He offered a very fair price for a battery replacement and subsequent pressure test on my Tag Heuer Aquaracer, kept communication clear throughout, and was an all-round pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again - whether for future repairs, or sourcing my next watch. Fully trusted.

This is our first purchase but we used Marcelo's service before to sell a watch. He creates a super friendly and personal experience. People talk about the main dealer experience but I'd buy from Marcelo over a main dealer in future...and that's before considering the saving he is able to offer versus retail price!!

Thankyou to Marcelo for really professional and seamless experience. I recently bought a limited edition Breitling which I had been looking for a couple of years, his contacts , efficiency and re assurance made the experience first class. Communication was was swift and precise which demonstrated his commitment to his trade. 10 out 10 for me, well done Marcelo .

Marcelo, was really personable and sorted an urgent sourcing of an explorer 2. Went above and beyond with his customer service. Providing me with information on my current watches.

Will be back for sure!

10/10 experience from Marcelo. Very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Thank you

Well I came back!! Second purchase from Marcelo and had a lovely time talking and chatting and bought a beautiful Breitling Chronomat Evolution with MOP dial, 18k gold and diamond bezel full set etc that was a must have. Maybe a bit blingy for some but I absolutely love it and it certainly gets admiring glances when worn. Number 3 in my collection and I will be back for another when the time (Pun Intented) is right.

A great company to deal with, it's always a worry when making a considered purchase, I can thoroughly recommend Prestige Watches, great honest service, watch was stunning, as described and great communication throughout from Marcelo! Would not hesitate to use again, thanks

Nice trust worthy gentleman who knows his stuff would definitely recommend this place to buy an authentic quality watch

I met Marcelo from Prestige Watches and straight away found him to be friendly, knowledgable and professional.
I had a watch I needed to sell and Marcelo took care of it all; from start to finish. The process was explained to me clearly and concisely, as were my various options.
When my Rolex finally sold, I was paid literally within the hour.

Marcelo and the team at Prestige Watches have recently restored my 1939 vintage Rolex Oyster for me. It was not the easiest of jobs but they did a fantastic job. Communication was excellent throughout the process and there was the perfect balance of friendly, knowledgable and professional which was a huge plus. Couldn't recommend more highly.
