I recently used Prestige Autoworks to fit a large and complex exhaust system on my car. The job involved removing and refitting a significant number of parts, so I expected it to be a lengthy process.

Dale and Steve arrived exactly on time at 9am and got straight to work. By 5pm, the entire job was completed to a high standard—exactly as promised. Other workshops had quoted me similar prices but insisted they would need the car for 2–3 days. When I mentioned Prestige Autoworks said they could do it in 8 hours, they laughed. Well, Dale and Steve delivered.

Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. They’re now my go-to team for future work, and I’ll be recommending them to friends and family without hesitation.

Amazing highest quality service on my Maserati Quattroporte at home. Dale responded promptly with convenient appointment time. Kept me informed about arrival time to my rather remote rural location. Clearly an expert on performance cars instilled huge confidence with his comprehensive knowledge and extremely pleasant no nonsense efficient manner. A real pleasure to deal with. Excellent quality with the super convenience of having the work done at my home. Amazingly comprehensive report on the car condition provided - I’ve never had this from other providers. His price is very reasonable for the level of skill and service provided - definitely my go-to option in future as so many others here have reported.

I purchased a Maserati Ghibli through an online auction and noticed two issues upon receiving the vehicle: oil in the coolant reservoir and a problem with the automatic parking brake. In search of support, I found Prestige Autoworks online. After an online chat, we agreed to proceed with a diagnostic inspection, with the potential for recalibrating the brake system.

Before moving forward, I asked for their physical location, as I preferred to work with a local mechanic for convenience and follow-up. However, they did not respond to that question. Nevertheless, a technician named Steve arrived on the agreed date.

Steve conducted an inspection but shared very little information. He mentioned that a more in-depth diagnostic would be needed at their workshop to properly assess both issues. He did not provide a written report or any detailed explanation regarding the car’s condition, only stating that their office would follow up with further information. He collected a payment of £252.00 before leaving.

Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact them for a follow-up, but all efforts have been unsuccessful. At this point, I feel that I paid £252.00 without receiving any meaningful service—no report, no clear diagnosis, and no guidance on the next steps.

Super professional and amazing value. Happy to recommend Dale and team highly.

Prestige came recommended through a Maserati Group

Communication was brilliant, was able to chat through and Dale was able to work out what the issue was before even seeing the car

Steve came to rectify the issues and got everything sorted along with advising a couple other issues that I wasn't aware of

Outstanding Mobile Car Service – Maserati & Porsche Treated Like Royalty!

Absolutely first-class experience from start to finish. The mobile car service arrived promptly at my home and carried out a full service on both my Maserati GranTurismo and Porsche Cayenne. The technicians were highly professional, knowledgeable, and treated both vehicles with the utmost care and respect.

In addition to the service, they provided a fair and detailed health check on both cars, giving me a clear understanding of their current condition and any upcoming maintenance to consider.

They came out to my address to fit an aftermarket Apple CarPlay unit I had purchased to my sports car.
Work was done quickly and cleanly and concluded with support on setting up my phone.
