Dale carried out a major service on my Maserati Grandturismo and like two years previously did a great job for a very fair price. No nasty surprises, Dale is a friendly, knowledgable and thorough technician who really knows his stuff. Thanks again for a job well done!

Brilliant service and response. I booked in for a PPI on a vehicle and this was done quickly and very thoroughly. Advice was then given on vehicle condition, potential issues to be aware of and gave me the piece of mind needed to purchase the car. Will use Prestige Autoworks for all future PPIs and servicing.

I contacted Dale about fitting mirror dash cams on 2 of my cars after seeing them on lamborghini_maddog Instagram. Dale replied to me straight away and booked appointment to fit them. Despite the works taking 9 hours and travel from/to us - he took time to install so neatly you wouldn't know they hadn't been installed by the factory. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work and that shows in the end result.

Called Dale from Prestige after the RAC were unable to diagnose the issue with my Aston Martin. RAC said it was a main dealer Job and I would be looking at a hefty fee. However Dale was able to diagnose the problem without any difficulty and resolved it getting the car back to perfect working order. I Would highly recommend Dale for any issues on any prestige car. He was very efficient and very reasonable on his charges.

From contact Dale was very professional and helpful he came out and diagnosed faults and completed work promptly and to a high standard could not recommend him more I won't be using anyone else.

Avoid this conman at all costs! I was fooled into using Dale by reading his (good) reviews online, I would never of risked giving him my car otherwise, but this was the worst Macanic I’ve ever dealt with, 3 months of giving me the run around telling me the car had multiple issues, even though it went in for a minor fault, I believed Dale due to his persuasive manor, so I let him carry on, but it got to the point I couldn’t keep hearing the same excuses how the car just wouldn’t “run right” and how he needed more time, so I did a surprise visit to the location my car was stored (using the tracker to find it) to my horror it was left outside in the rain, no cover and window down 1/2 inch! The car was half stripped out and looked abandoned, I called Dale and he told me he was working on the car as we spoke ! This was the lie that tipped me over the edge and gave me the proof I needed to confront him, as he had been gaslighting me for two and half months! but once again he persuaded me using all types of excuses how he’s just popped out to get a part, even thought I said I’d wait for him to return, he didn’t show up, it was clear the car had been stood for months with rusty discs and cobwebs and the tracker proving it had not been started or moved ! But my car was in bits and I had no other option but to give him more time to put in back together, I just wanted the car back now, whether it was repaired or not I wanted this nightmare to end, so I gave him another week which turned into three weeks, during this time I transferred most of the balance, which come to nearly £10,000! Against my better judgement, I was just desperate to get the car back, we arranged a time for me to collect my car and met in another dodgy car park away from his supposedly prestige unit, which I still hadn’t managed to get eyes on, he handed the car over and It was smoking at the time (the same issue it went in for) and he used the excuse it needed a re-map, 3 minutes into the drive the car broke down with exactly the same issue it went it for 3 months previously, Dale didn’t answer the phone and hasn’t since ! moving on to the report from a main dealer, “no work had been done other than cleaning up a few earth connections” I had been ripped off. Now I’m taking Dale to court to recover the money and expose him for what he is, a lying confidence trickster! This is causing me More hassle and time but I can’t bare the thought of other people going through this, Please don’t get mixed up with this guy, I’m a businessman with lots of experience and certainly no fool, but he won me over with his knowledge and charm, the advice I’d give you is don’t use him, go to a garage that actually has a premises you can go to see, do no rely on his review and photos, God only knows how he hasn’t had a bad review yet, I can only assume it’s because he does mostly pre buy inspections,
If you don’t believe me do this one thing,
Before you drop your pride and joy to him go to his unit in Langley and have a look around at the other cars abandon there! You won’t see his “Prestige” unit anywhere, you will how ever see a row of council estate type cheap lock up units full of dodgy traders, and your see a bunch of abandoned super cars littered around the yard half covered up one Ferrari had its door 1” open as the cover was wedged in it letting the rain in! You see half repairs super cars with parts missing, but you won’t see any workshop, any nice mobile Macanic sign written van, no signage, you won’t see anything that resembles his instagram or website. he’s life seems to be falling apart and what good work he may have done in the past certainly does not resonate now. Call him, see how many times he picks up, book him in, see how many times he makes excuses, ask for a list of 2 customers with the same car as yours so you can get a reference, this is all things I should’ve done but didn’t because I was convinced by his TrustPilot and Google reviews. Dales prices are only £10-20 less than a large independent specialist garage, it’s not worth the risk. i take no pleasure in writing this review.

Dale is a really nice fella. His knowledge of supercars is nothing short of vast! I would have no trouble recommending him to anyone who has a high end motor for repairs, maintenance or upgrades. Main dealer quality (with honesty) at a fraction of the cost!

Huge thanks to Dale for getting my Gallardo Superleggera back up and running after a gearbox actuator issue..

So good to be back on the road!
