made the mistake of not reading the reviews about this company.
First they come with a different car than the one ordered and try to make you pay more for it.
They will then tell you that they will block your deposit like others honest companies but they will deduct it directly from you with no intention of giving it back. They finally tell you that they will give you back the deposit if you give them 5 good reviews.
Avoid them!

Very disappointing experience. The company lacks transparency, with unclear terms and unexpected extra charges. Communication was poor and unhelpful when issues came up. I would not recommend this rental service and suggest avoiding it if possible.

⚠️ Alert – Car Hire Issue in Dubai ⚠️

I’m sharing my situation to make others aware.

In February, I hired a vehicle from a rental company in Dubai and paid a deposit using my credit card. Since then, despite several reminders, the company has not returned my money and keeps giving misleading reasons, like administrative delays and banking issues — which don’t seem legitimate.

I have now started a dispute through my bank and reported the matter to the local authorities.

Please stay vigilant if you plan to rent a car there. Make sure all conditions are clearly agreed upon and be very cautious when paying deposits.

⚠️ Warning – Car Rental Experience in Dubai ⚠️

I want to share my experience to warn others.

In January, I rented a car from Prestige Fleet UAE in Dubai and paid a security deposit by credit card. Since then, despite multiple follow-ups, the company has refused to refund my deposit, giving false excuses such as banks and offices being closed due to the situation in the Middle East — which is simply not true.

I have now initiated a chargeback with my bank and filed a complaint with Dubai Police.

Please be cautious if you consider renting from this company. I strongly advise ensuring clear terms and being careful with deposits.

If the situation is resolved, I will update this post accordingly.
